Legal advice on The 6th amendment and criminal defense

If an alleged victim refuses to cooperate with the D.A. and there are no witnesses, can the d.a. proceed to trial? If so, at what point does the defendant lose his 6th amendment right to cross examine the accuser?l

My attorney had a conflict of interest that i was not aware until 12 days before my trial, on the day of the trial i had a "Garcia hearing" 9am and my trial started at 12pm but i was not told i had the right to a NEW counsel, only was told i had the right to a conflict free counsel and since i had sign an affidavit that my attorney had made me sign stating about me being aware of the situation, about the conflict. so he hired another attorney to do the cross exam on the witness the conflict was, i lost the case but i was told that practically my 6th amendment was violated. since i was not told never not from my "attorney", not from the court or the DA. that i had the right to a new counsel, its not even stated on the affidavit i signed. it only stated I i am aware of the conflict and i wish to continue with X. on the day of the "Garcia hearing" same. the court only asked if i was aware of the conflict and if i wanted to procced with X, you have the right to a conflict free counsel you wish to continue with X and that's all. another attorney told me that was wrong from the attorney and the court a motion to reconsider was filed but judge deny it. what can i do ?

6th amendment provides this for criminal cases what about I want that for a Civil case I don’t like Zoom or trust the app.

In short I was in debt and making 13.60 an hour. I was arrested for a crime that would carry serious consequences. I believed I was innocent but when I asked for a public defender the court denied me representation due to "making to much". As a result I could not defend myself and was forced to take a plea in which I agreed not to have any issues for 6 months and pay a 500 dollar court fee. I could not afford an attorney and if I went to court on my own I am sure my case would have been lost because I dont know anything about legal defense. I am still in debt but I would like property that was seized without a search warrent returned and to not have to pay the outrageous court fee. The sixth amendment guarantees my right to representation regardless of ability to pay. What can I do?

Isn't it my Sixth Amendment right.? What happens if a judge violates?

Do I have to go in to tell my side of the story to a detective if it was requested on a false accusation sexual felony crime, when she has no proof? I was accused by an X we have not spoken in person in more than a year. She is Saying something happened Wayback then when we were dating back in 2017 January and February almost 2 years ago. We have not spoken in person in over a year. I know I hurt Her Very badly with some Mean things I said. I’m guessing her anger is why She made these false accusations so it’s my Word against hers. We have never even been alone Except in her truck. The first time the detective called me was October 29, 2018 and I freaked out and started crying because I had tried 3 months prior to get a TPO she was threatening me on the phone and in text messages all the time so I blocked her and I think it made her More mad. I was denied the TPO! The detective called me a second time Nov 5, 2018 & said on my Voicemail I could come in and tell my side of the story in an interview to clear my name. I know that was a lie!!! If they are going to arrest me how soon do you think that would be? I intend to invoke my 5th & 6th amendment rights.PLEASE HELP ME!!

can they charge me with trafficking if I ride with a friend who I was unaware had drugs in the car and when I saw this I got out and started walking. four hours later in a town 3 hours away from home I had the police roll up guns out and asked if I knew my friend and locked me up for trafficking. this is my first time being locked up and I am 34 years old

I was denied my 6th amendment right to testify. My lawyer told me not to testify just yet but later on. I communicated to him that I wanted to testify and to see me in the morning before trial but he never came and to my surprise my lawyer just rested his case no evidence, experts, or fingerprints or DNA which there was none brought up in my defense. My question is if I go in pro per before sentencing can I still appeal or get a new trial based on ineffective assistance or counsel? Is it better to wait till I get sentenced to appeal my case?

Family treatment court put a no contact order out for me and my husband because he wouldn't get treatment. I've been sober for over a year now . He eventually entered the program under the impression that the order would be lifted. Entering the program rendered him homeless just so he could make it to treatment he has no license to get back and forth to classes. He lost his job due to the case and slipped up and used he got caught using whizzanator for the drug screen and being on probation he took off, hetold them they took everyone he had his kid and wife he had no one left his family is deceased anyways I went to court the other day and they told e they was gonna terminate my rights because someone told CPS that he was living with me at my parents can they terminate my rights with no evidence? because he is not here they gave me 3 months to get a divorce, and do I have the right in Georgia to know who my accuser is. Does the 6th amendment apply
