Legal advice on Stay of removal in deportation

Is it necessary to file stay of removal?

My dismissed asylum appeal is currently pending for review in circuit court, my lawyer hasn’t filed for stay of motion, the court has scheduled for an oral argument in two weeks, should he file for stay of removal so I don’t get deported by ICE in the mean time? Please advise

How can I fix C18 status, ICE asked me to get a one way ticket for June 2019. I have my US citizen mother petitioning for me.

I have a C18 status, EAD, SS card and driver's license, my US citizen mother is petitioning for me (over 21) and we are waiting for that. on my last ICE interview, they asked me to get a one way ticket for June 2019. What can I do to fix this? I have a child in high school and I care for my 78 year old mother.

Can i have my case terminated and file for adjustment of status since i have an approved I-130?

I was ordered removed by IJ in 2016, while waiting to be removed, i was diagonised with colon cancer and was released on order of supervision in may of 2017. I filed for motion to reopen and stay of removal, the stay of removal was denied but the motion to reopen was granted, now my case is pending in immigration court. I have an approved I-130, i also have a felony, can i reapply for my adjustment of status with 601 waiver, these applications was denied in 2016 that's why i was ordered removed but now that my case has been reopened can i reapply for the same application with asylum?

Wife deported

Can i apply for stay of deportation..to the second circuit ?if am appealing Or has to be in the ice office?

Im going to appeal to the second circuit since the BIA did not solve my case my lawyer said is unfair desicion on my case ... my question is that if I can apply directly to the court of the second circuit by stay of removal directly .. or it would have to be in the ice office ... my lawyer says that it is not a good idea to go with ice because it does not guarantee that I can leave with the approved application ... what other option do I have left? What are the chances to get my aplication for stay of deportation acepted

I601 waiver

I recently find out because of the new law that I cannot administrativly close my asylum case . Can i still apply for waiver I601A since i was approved for pettion I130?
