I’m waiting for 8 points to come off my lisence in November and got a ticket today for going 69 in a 55 and want to know how to get out of the situation without adding more points to my lisence or making my insurance higher?

they are saying we committed a act of nuisance under chapter 19. they are wanting us to move my fiancee is to never return or live on the property and im allowed only 3 hours a day and cannot return for 10 years. they are tyring to say my dad cant rent his trailers for a year an then it has to go through them. Any call that the cop came nout here on an we were deemed to NOT be a nuisance they are not counting. They went back 5 years an thing that has happened an been called on here for half was not even us. Now my husband had a detective tell him that he was goin to get him for being a nuisance and that he wasnt going to stop until he move out of his county an wasnt going to stop with me until i left him and that comes from my husband not writing a statement for the dectative that was false because he was not here at the time of the the event. we all met and they sat there an ask their questions and they are directing it toward my husband called me a liar and now today we are suppose to go meet them again today.

I live in a camper with my boyfriend on his parents land and have been for 6 months now . I receive mail there too. One day out of the blue she tells me to leave I left . The next day I come back and she beats my camper with a steel pole and busts my windows out and then shoots from the outside into my camper with a .22 rifle 3 times and almost hit my boyfriend. What kind of papers can I take out on her ? And also what she is doing is it legal and what does she have to do to remove me ? Because at this point I am homeless that camper is my home and I refuse to leave unless she has an officer remove me but I sneak in at night so she doesn't see me

My company is located in New York where 30 minute non paid breaks are mandated by law. I work in North Carolina where it is not mandated. Although the law is pretty ambiguous. Only if you are 16 or younger is it mandated. Can I, being that I am over 16, refuse to clock out for the not paid 30 minute break and just keep working.

I was promised $1000 a week, a house and a vehicle if I moved from Ohio to North Carolina. The job could be done virtually anywhere he said. I moved to NC and when I got here the house wasn't made available to me so I started working for him from my son's house in his guest bedroom. Then my employer says that the job he's willing to pay $1000 a week for requires me to be on-site which I'm fine with but still no vehicle and no residence. He's constantly changing his mind and now I'm unclear what money, if any, I'll be making. He's gone back on his word several times now. Mind you, I have the offer in text and multiple times. If this goes south even further, do I have a case?
