Legal advice on State court

Hopefully the title above says it all!

I was issued a right to sue letter from the EEOC and would like to know if I can file a lawsuit against my employer in small claims court.

I filed for divorce from my husband in July and he was served in august. It has past the 30 day period and he did not respond, however he sent back the proof of service which is needed for me to request default. Under all of the forms i require to submit default is the FL-180. This form seems like it needs a signature from him? I don't understand how to request default and proceed alone when this form stills needs his signature. I am slightly confused? Can someone please explain if I still need to or am able to file FL180 without him?

of the Trust. That's who the County Recorder showed as owners of the property (7%) at the time of the filing of their unlawful detainer. Now, the judge in my lawsuit against them dismissed the trustees (as trustees and as individuals) as Defendants at the Demurrer/Motion to Strike hearings and left their management companies (which I had also sued) as Defendants only. Can the judge do that if the County Recorder shows that the trusts were the owners at least 7% and they filed the unlawful detainer against me under those names? Also, I just found out there were other owners as well at the time the unlawful detainer was filed, can I amend those in as well?

I got in trouble for family assault. My daughter had lied then wrote a letter to the judge telling the truth . I don’t believe that letter ever made it before the judge before a plea for Probation . Now it’s saying I have an amended filing what does that mean?

I sent RFA to Plaintiff written that each numbered fact is a false statement to almost all facts of Plaintiff's complaint. Plaintiff didn't response and I got the RFA admitted by court ruling already. (Note: I have counter claim but I don't really want it). Plaintiff's attorney said she forgot to response, she will file relief but she still didn't file relief. By using this deemed admitted RFA, 1. How can I end the lawsuit before the trial? (Can I file motion to dismiss by striking those facts?) 2. How do I end the lawsuit during trial? Thank you...

I know it's a federal claim, but I thought that it was possible to also file in state court, albeit the potential damages collected aren't as sizeable or something along those lines. Thanks!

The defendant seems to be elusive these days but I know where his wife lives. If I have her served with the papers, would the court accept this as being served on the defendant?

I'm wondering how long I have to learn/research, and consult/interview lawyers I might hire.

In a civil case involving a domain name sale, default judgement was made, the judge didn't know the domain owner is from a different state. The domain name was never registered in the same state as the court handling the case, and the domain owner never had any presence in that state. I know I can hire an attorney in the state the court is located, and fight the false accusations with evidence I have. But would it not be better strategy to get judgement vacated based on lack of jurisdiction? to make the plaintiff sue me in my state if they want to sue me? Should I attempt to fight in a court that has no jurisdiction over me? Can I just file a motion with evidence that I'm not resident of that state and my domain was not registered in that state, would that vacate default judgement based on lack of jurisdiction?
