Legal advice on Spousal immigration
My grandmother is a US Citizen now and wants to sponsor her children and grandchildren? How long does it take?
My granddad passed away last year, and he submitted a green card application in 2017 for his 2 daughters and grandchildren. We have not received any response. Now my grandma is a U.S. citizen she wants to start a new process or continue with the previous one. Is this possible? How long does it take?

I did file as single because we got married closed to the end of the year and I never thought about it. Right now I’m getting a lot of different opinion on this matter! Thank you in advance.

Do I need to provide an Affidavit of Support for my wife’s immigrant visa interview?
Hello, dear legal advisors! I plan to file i-130 online petition for my wife to obtain a green card for her. I am a US citizen and a citizen of Finland. We live in Finland now. Do I need to provide an Affidavit of Support for my wife? Is this form required for her immigrant visa interview? Are there any exceptions? Thank you!

Is it OK to submit an I-130 for a K3 visa while my wife goes back to Canada for a family emergency?
We were literally about to put all forms for adjustment of status in the mail today, then my wife's mother in Canada took ill and had to go to the hospital, so my wife will be leaving to go see her. We have been married since Sept 2021 (together 4 years). She retired and sold her house and now goes back and forth from our place in the US to Canada and lives with her children when there (travels here on B2 visa). She has been here since January 01, 2022. Since I don't think we can submit adjustment of status now with her leaving. I would like to start the process for a K3 visa. Although she has been going back and forth for several years, since getting married it gets a little harder each time and last time CBP said one of these times were not going to let her cross. So I feel we need to file something before or after? she leaves so she can be allowed to return. My main question mainly is if this is the best route, and for address history do I use our US address where we live or her address in Canada? My understanding was there was no issue with her living here while married, so long as she did not leave while adjustment of status was processing.. Thanks!
