Legal advice on Business assets

I own a small LLC with 2 members. My other member has been paying for a dedicated server that we use for business as well as some personal use with his own funds. Simply because the company does not yet make enough money to afford it. I want to know if this breaks the "corporate veil" between separating business and personal assets? Is there any way a sole proprietorship can convert to an L.L.C. without dissolving the business, essentially continuing the existence of the original company, etc?

I sold my company in 2019, it was in CA but was a DE c-corp. We paid all our taxes, dissolved in CA and I've been trying to dissolve in DE or almost 2 years now and keep getting the run around. Can I just abandon the entity that is now voided and not have to deal with any personal liability? There are no assets and the company is no longer in business since 2019.

I won a judgment against a Defendant and she immediately changed her sole proprietor business into an LLC in order to transferred all of her assets there. This has been recently discovered and now explains why I have not been able to recover judgment. It was thought that once you've been sued, it would be too late to form an LLC to protect your personal assets. Doesn't an LLC need to be formed in advance? How do you address this matter in Superior Court with the judge? Is there something I can file to address this issue or will I have to file a new formal complaint? I don't have any more finances to hire an attorney. Please help with any information you can share. Merry Christmas!

I have a family trust as well as several llc's outside of the trust. I would like to create a holding company and make the llc's a child of the parent holding company. I would like the trust to own the holding company

I am currently trying to form a single member LLC in PA. When I try and register for my EIN number it says I need a physical location. I do not have an office, I am working out of my home but I don’t want my home address to be accessible to the public. Can I put down a P.O. box as my physical location. I also heard that if my home address was attached and I got sued I could lose my house. That is why I am hesitant to put my home address down as LLCs “Physical Location”. If you could help me clear those two questions up that would be great! Quick Summary: Opening LLC in PA. IRS needs physical location for LLC in order to get EIN. Currently operating out of my home BUT I have a P.O. box. Questions: 1. Is my address available to the public if I put it down as my LLCs physical location. 2. If my LLC is sued can I lose my house? I have a single member LLC in California. If I buy a computer for business use (with occasional personal use), who legally owns it...me or the company? In other words, if the company was sued, would the computer be an asset to be taken?
