Legal advice on Probation for criminal conviction

I was arrested on 1st degree murder and attempted second degree murder . The second degree murder charge was dismissed and I plead guilty to manslaughter and served 20 years in prison but keep getting a TWIC denial because it seems as if I have a open criminal disposition of 1st degree murder which is a disqualifying offense. I’m now out of prison and finished with parole but can’t get good job because most jobs in my field require a TWIC card.

If an offender was given probation and then violates can the victim speak at the sentencing hearing for the v.o.p?

I was a victim of domestic violence the offender was given 5 years probation. Within 9 days of signing the probation he ended up violating for another crime as well as finding out that there was another domestic crime that already taken place but the victim didn't show and the case was dropped. I as the original victim wants to know if I could show that this is habitual and is a danger to society as well as too myself and child

Wondering if I’m going to jail

I got a letter from probation saying I have appointment at the police station it’s says do not fail to keep this appointment client will be seen in the order they arrive I talk to probation she’s told me it’s just a appointment but wondering why police station i been good I just graduated drug court I been kinda behind on my probation fees but I pay at least 80 a month I’m trying my best plus having a baby and providing for her I have the money to catch up they told me to bring a money order to appointment I just hope I’m not getting arrested

Does the 7 year statute of limitation apply?

Hi if someone is on Special Probation in the State of PA and they were off parole, but did not pay off fines so they were put on on special probation where they still have to check in and meet with a probation officer every so often. The person gets charged with F1 Possession Of Firearm Prohibited F3 Firearms Not To Be Carried W/O License F Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver and a few misdemeanors. Would the statute of limitations apply after 7 years? Would there be any chances that the charges would be too old to prosecute? Or does the special probation void that?

I would like to know if I can get my probation time reduced or get my vehicle Breathalyzer removed?

I was convicted of my third DUI and instead of getting a felony, it was reduced to a misdemeanor with no jail and two years probation. I have completed six months so far. Is there a chance I get my probation time reduced or get my Breathalyzer removed from my vehicle? I have completed all terms of probation and all fees paid.

After a interstate compact, which state sets the rules ?

For example if you transfer from a state where medical marijuana isn't legal, but the state you transfer to allows the use of it on probation; who has final say? Will my rules remain the same as they are once I am transfered, or is it up to the receiving state what rules apply while finishing out probation ?

Can the court extend probation after it expires and then violate your probation .?

The court extended my probation and turned diversion into probation and charged me for possession which was dismissed yrs ago after. Probation and diversion they expired and violated me but only bcuz also they appointed a law clerk to represent me who changed my pleas and denied my interpreter with whom i plead ng with the wk prior and had a public def attorney

Can a felon visit a house that has a gun?

I'm in Minnesota and my friend is a felon from Wisconsin. I wanted him to come visit me but my roommate is in possession of a gun.
