How can my brother get help in state prison when the officers in the prison beat him up

This was in texas. I was charged with evading arrest in a motor vehicle. The police officer who arrested me told me that he was originally going to pull me over for speeding and give me a ticket. Reason being is that I was passing up a mustang and I sped away because I was afraid of my car getting permanently seized for street racing. I didn't harm anyone, I didn't run through any red lights or endanger anything or anyone. It turns out the officer was a state trooper and got my plates. I turned myself in after receiving a phone call because I was afraid of getting in further trouble. I was not under any substance, I didn't have any weapons, drugs, or money, the arresting officer was very kind and told me he didn't want to arrest me but wanted to ticket me, he had to call it in to the DA to make the final decision. I only really ran because I did not want to be be bundled in with the street racing issues we see on the news today. I was afraid that I would lose my car permanently as it is my only car and my first car and that I would be arrested for street racing. That is the only reason I ran. Any advice?

neighbor was arrested for drug trafficking and he is suing the city for police brutality a confrontation happened between two other neighbors and the drug dealer police filed charges against him now they are served with a subpoena for a statement not related to the confrontation but on other charges. The dealers lawyer wanted a statement about the confrontation they refused told them to get copy from the DA office that's when the Subpoena was served for a statement at the lawyers office is were the statement is supposed to be taken is this legal?

My son was arrested and brutally beaten by the police who pursued him when he crashed into a pole where they stopped him and six of the officers drag him out and beat him up simultaneously damaging his leg and nerves in his leg I require surgery to repair the leg

These large firms always advertise cases where they got their clients Multi-Millions. So they must be better than small firms?

my 84 year old grandfather was being transported by an Ambulance Service to a hospital. When they were transferring him from the gurney to the bed at the hospital, the EMT dropped him. He was released from the hospital and returned to his rehabilitation facility that day(Friday). On Saturday he was complaining of back and leg pain and his entire back was bruised. On Sunday we had to take him back to the hospital because he was lethargic and incoherent. He was admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with having a small stroke.

I was violated by the police for not having a record and she just wanted some easy overtime. I had no record and was not the only person outside

My son was beaten by Springfield PD while handcuffed - then he was carried to a patrol car where he was left for 5 hours before they took him to the hospital. This has been caught on video. I had the video enhanced so it is a bit clearer. The officer lied in his report on several issues, which the video tape proves. I have copies of call logs showing spd was dispatched at 8 pm - report states it was 1 Am - my son was not booked into jail until 4 am. They threw him in the back of a cruiser & left him bloody, hurt - in & out of consciousness for 5 hours before taking him to the hospital. I have pics of him at hospital & pics of him at booking. I’m getting his hospital report as to what happened to him. Broken eye socket, nose & fractured jaw. Multiple bruises & scrapes over his body. He was charged with resisting - but those charges have been dropped. I filed a torte claim. But am in need of representation - this was so wrong - no one should be treated this way. An officer of the law takes an oath to serve & protect - this officer / these officers (3 were involved in the beating - he was unconscious after the very first blow to his head) shouldn’t be in law enforcement

As of 3/28/2018, I am charged with battery to a officer. When bail was posted, I couldn't get released. According to the dash cam and their statements was sedated after being tazed. The actual officer states that I bit his hand but I have missing front teeth. When explaining to lawyers, I'm told I need a civil attorney. Why is that?
