Applying for B-2 visa during I-140 process?

Hello, my boyfriend is a Turkish citizen and has been living and working in the U.S. as a postdoc at a university for several years. He is currently in the process of submitting his I-140, but his postdoc expires in a few months, and he will need to return to Turkey while waiting for the I-140 to be processed. He then plans to submit an NIW petition with premium processing. I am wondering if he can apply for a B-2 visa now (while still in the U.S.) so that he can come back to visit later this year. Is it okay to apply for a B-2 at any point during the I-140/NIW processing? Thank you!

Can I return to US by 1 clinical visa after being there in research scholar without wait as 2 year rule (212e ) applies to me?

What is the better option for parents B1/B2 or I-130?

I have applied to my parents several times for a tourist visa when I was a green card holder but got denied every time. Now, I have become a US citizen and would like to know which option is better for a positive result. I would like to apply again for my parents' tourist visa before filling i-130, is it advisable? Also, if I file I-130 for them, can I also apply for a tourist visa while I-130 is pending? please advise. Thanks

Can I petition parents for a green card while they are in the US on a visitor’s visa?

Is it possible to apply for adjustment of status for my parents who are not US citizen while they are in the states on a visitor visa to become a LPR ? If yes, after applying, 1. can they stay in the us while it’s being processed ? 2. If they decide to leave while it’s in process, can they leave the us and return later on ? And in this case, do they have to obtain an immigration visa to Uscis would issue them any type of entry documents ?

Question regarding I-539 form

I am applying for B2 visa extension for 6 more months for my parents stay. We are few weeks away from the DS valid date. WHen I was filling up the form I can see a question "What is your preparer's business or organization name?" - Is this my employer name ? I am applying for extension myself and my business or organization is not involved in it. Please advise what to put here. Thanks B

B1 B2 visitor visa extension help. Is my grandchild being born soon a good reason? How should I send proof of reason?

I arrived in the US couple weeks back with a visitor visa to visit my son and daughter in the US (they are green card holders). As soon as I arrived, I heard the surprising/exciting news that my son is going to have a baby in 6 months. This is right around the time that I have to leave the US. Both my son and my daughter in law work full-time and they need a lot of help, especially first few month of baby coming since its their first child. Is this reason a legitimate reason for asking for B1/B2 extension? How early can I apply to make sure I get the response before expiration of my visa? How should I send proof of my grandchild being born? Any input would go along way. I really appreciate your help.
