I was caught stealing under 20$ worth in Muskogee Oklahoma can Walmart still charge me for petty larceny?

i was walking in walmart and they pulled me aside for theft but what they said i was stealing was under 20 dollars can they still charge me for petty larceny

What do I do if I was arrested for DUI and released with no paperwork other than my receipt for bail payment??

I was arrested and held for 8 hours in jail. When released I wasn't given my citation. They never told me where my vehicle was impounded. They gave me my receipt for bail payment which shows my court date but no time to appear. Can I still get this paperwork so I can drive for the next 10 days?

What should I do take the plea deal or take it to trial?

Im being charged with leaving the scene of an accident, possession of an illegal substance and an oui. I have a state appointed attorney. He got it dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor. They are offering me a plea deal. The deal is that I have to 10 days in jail. I currently live in florida and this happened in maine so I would have to go up there. I want to take the deal but people are telling me to take it to trial. Im not sure what the best option is. Im worried if I take it to trial i will get more than 10 days.
