I got tired of them not even trying to dose me down it seemed they only wanted me to go up in dose when I would talk to my counselor which was rare in its self to see your counselor. Thoe I didn't know it at the time after I went through the hole detox on my own at home. I noticed I started going weight so I thought, but then I figured out I was swelling up with water because the electrical firing...QT... was damaged long story short I know at 45 years old have a pace maker defibrillator in my chest cause my heart don't work right any more all of the heart problems thoe I didn't No at the time that I had symptoms of heart failure going on just before I quit the clinic

Hi there, my twins had inguinal hernia surgery when they were 3 month old, now when they are 2+ y.o. their hernia came back even tho doctors had placed mesh in there. It’s doctors office by the joe DeMagio hospital in Hollywood, if I’m not mistaking they office called “pediatric general Surgery”

Malpractice suite for the death of my mother. She was in the hospital for a Gi bleed for the 2nd time in a month and they did not test till the night before she passed. When the Dr went to give her the results she passed. Cause of death is Gi bleed and bowl obstruction.

My friend fell on a skateboard and was seen for hip pain at an urgent care. They provided X-Rays and said he was fine. The staff rushed him in and out because he didn't have insurance and said he felt like they weren't doing a professional job with his care. He tried going back to work, but after 3 days of working in pain had to go to the ER. The ER did X-Rays and determined he had a broken hip that required surgery and he had to get screws put in. His lesser performance during the 3 days of work almost cost him his job since "nothing was wrong" with him and he likely caused further injury by walking/working on a broken hip until he was properly diagnosed and treated. He now doesn't want to go get seen because of how he was treated and doesn't think it's fair that he had to pay for a Dr. that misdiagnosed an obvious injury.

I weigh 130lbs and have been prescribed 4mg of Alprazolam/Xanax a day for anxiety. I reported always being tired. I’ve lost nearly everything because I was too exhausted to maintain family relationships or my then sizable portfolio. Two new different doctors are shocked by the amount I was prescribed. I’m now experiencing awful withdrawal as I struggle to taper off Alprazolam. I was also prescribed Oxycodone which I weaned off. Alprazolam is more difficult to wean off. I fear my memory and concentration will never be normal. What legal action can I take? My new doctors and I believe I was overprescribed.

I went in for a scheduled induction and was given pitocin. I was given multiple doses over a 24+ hour period, including postpartum. I ended up hemorrhaging and was rushed out of the room and given a blood transfusion. My son was diagnosed Autistic at 2 years old and I can't help but think there maybe correlation between the two.

New primary care doctor in 2/22 that did not do blood work (4/22) which would likely have shown anemia and indication of possible cancer except for cholesterol blood work. A couple months later (7/22) found another primary care who did labs that showed anemia. Told him I had pain on RLQ (cecum/appendix area) and he said likely muscle strain (via texts). 7-8 weeks later (Oct.) via text inform him I still have RLQ pain which seems worsening. Dr asked me "what do you think I should do?" I suggested palpate and CT? This was done, CT w/barium, done with radiologist that identifies appendix (I do not have one) as "not clearly identified but no inflammatory changes ...RLQ. I do not have an appendix and noted that to my pc in my initial text about pain. I don't think he picked up on the radiologist comments about appendix. No further comments to me or tests (except urine which showed abnormalities) ordered by my dr. Not satisfied with him, so I found another PC 1/23, she did blood work and still anemic. I told her about RLQ pain. Ultimately she did CT (3/7/23) which shows 7x5 cm cancerous mass in the RLQ. Is there anything to pursue here. Thank you for your attention.

I have had 2 shoulders replacement on both with a third replacement. Hip replacement, both knees replace, ankle replacement. Inplant in my neck all of this came from over use of presidone.

Due to delays by government agencies and unexpected challenges finding an attorney to take this case, I need to file an extension because I am almost out of time. This health care provider received a HIPAA violation for "losing" some of my medical records, conveniently those that show malpractice.

In 2021 i was in florida working with American Care i was a General Doctor suddently i lost my mind and when a wake up i was in hospital with a subclavias catteter foley catteter and a diálisis área at that MOMENT i was confused i didnt know how i was in that hospital 14 december 2021 they told me that i was lucky that i been alive the Medical Staff said i was intoxicad with metformin i my blood was very acid and that cause my organs fail. That said its lactic acidosis with renal and liver and heart failured. Now a Can Work any more because of that damage my visión my heart liver and kidneys are damage.
