Legal advice on Filing a lawsuit in Florida

My Mother was issued a subpoena for documents via certified mail, but she is deceased. I am her personal representative, Power of Attorney, Executor of her Estate. We are in Florida. I'm trying to get a consultation with local attorney. The Subpoena is to her, not her estate. I'm trying to figure out how to respond. Some of the requested information involves vacationers information, I'm not real comfortable giving that information out.

I had to use the bathroom at fresco and complained about the nastiness while waiting on the stall. Once I left out the restroom I took a picture of myself in the hallway because she (employee )was being confrontational in the bathroom. Once I left out, she start screaming and yelling at me in front of the whole store to delete the photo. At the same time I walked off saying she’s not being professional, now manager come to the back of the store, demand me to delete the photo I said he need to be recorded to talk to me after how the employee treated me already , and then he called the police now she tells the police that I said excuse me and pushed her, which was a lie . They try to get me locked up for assault and a police officer even found it to be ridiculous customers even complaint in front of the officer how they handle the situation so they couldn’t get me locked up. They had me band from the store. It’s more couldn’t explain everything

3 weeks ago we had mediation and one of the things in there is our daughter has asthma and can’t be around dogs so every time she goes to her dads he has to have the house professionally cleaned and the dogs cannot be in the house all 3 weeks he has sent the receipts that you can buy at Walmart and the receipts are in number order which is weird if they clean other houses we tried calling and looking the lady up and nothing comes up her phone always goes to voice mail and her house is not in a nice area of Stuart fl she comes up as a mma fighter what can I do ?

Attorney stepping out (quitting) on a client in a family law (non-divorce) custody case. No pressing matters or hearing on the docket. The case is complex and very high conflict. There has been overtures of clear favoritism, and allowances for the other party and their counsel - openly in the court room and even in written corespondance. Can, how, and should the Attorney representing (that is quitting) - request/demand that a stay be ordered -while the client retains new counsel? If so- with which document/ citing what laws?

Opposing Counsel Kept Going Off the Record at Last Hearing? Does it mean what what was said off the record is not part of case? In particular opposing counsel admitted something that is very beneficial to my case, but it was said off the record (the court reporter stopped recording). Does it mean I cannot use what he admitted on behalf of his client off the record? Does it mean it was basically "not said"?

In a Federal Civil case when a defendant enters a MTD must it be answered? Time to answer if it needs to be answered?

Have a court date on Friday and just received this order via email. Can someone clarify what this mean?? “ORDER OF REFERRAL TO GENERAL MAGISTRATE DATED 2/15/2023 IS VACATED”

Hi. I filed a motion for relief from an order due to fraud during an appeal, it got stricken as an unauthorized? What does this mean and what’s the difference if it was unauthorized versus the courts just denying the motion/pleading? I don’t know if maybe the issues were better to be presented in appeal, but there was fraud, perjury, alleged misconduct in the original lawsuit that’s subjected to the appeal.

the sworn statement given by a cooperating defendant "against his penal interest" that was the sole piece of information given as the probable cause for a search warrant is provably false. for example, his claim that someone occupied the house at the address given was obviously untrue and should have been very obvious to the cop that filed the warrant, as well as those executing it alongside him as soon as they kicked in the door to the house, which had not been lived in due to mold for over a year. why do cops proceed with executing a warrant despite obvious discrepancies like this? and how can the execution still be considered in good faith when they do??
