2012 honda ODYSSEY Sold with abs and traction control warning code?

We bought a 2012 honda ODYSSEY from Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale. We took it home and the Abs and traction control came on.. went back the next day. They had in the shop for or two. Called us in the second time and we pick it up afwr doing a master reset and drove to Sedona and all the lights came on again. Went back to the dealership and it has been in service since. The sales man was telling me that they are not fixng it and its a used car. With 72,000 miles. They drove the van more than we have and they said we own the van now its our responsibility.

Can a Virginia dealership sell me a used car with an open recall?

Hello, I recently purchased a car from a Honda dealership. I was told multiple times that the car had no recalls but after i purchased the car and downloaded the Hondalink app it asked for my VIN and once i inputted that info a recall instantly popped up stating i could get in an accident and that it was a safety issues. I contacted the dealership and they proceeded to tell me there is no recall. Now i’m stuck with a car that has an issue that could potentially cause me to crash. This is my first time purchasing a car .

Property lien ?

There is a lien on my moms property from Ford Motor Credit. It has been on there for at least 15 years. We are selling her house, and when I asked her attorney about it he told me "lien is no longer an issue to title – it is statutorily expired" I am not sure what this means.

How exactly does the right of rescission work for car dealers? ?

A car dealer appears to have sent an undated letter postmarked 10-12 days after the sale asking for rescission of the transaction and return of the leased vehicle. What is the exact code reference for this? Does it say "send a notice" within 10 days or the customer "receives a notice" within 10 days? What recourse does the dealer have if the notice was proper? What recourse does the dealer have if the notice was improper? What reasons for rescission can the dealer legitimately cite? What reasons are not allowed?

Bought a car from carhop drove it 3 days then couldn't drive due to fail fuel pump ?

I replaced the fuel pump at cooks where they said they had a warranty at but I still had to pay and then 3 weeks later it went out again due to faulty fuel pump sold by carhop. Now here we are again about 3 month later car still won't turn on most likely the alternator we haven't taken it in yet at this point rather get rid of this car already put soo much money in the car more then it worth we was just wondering if this lemon law

If my vehicle is in repossession status, can the repo person pull up in-front of you while you are in the car with kids?

My car is in repossession status and I spoke to a nice person from the lender company who told me to try and get it refinanced but in the mean time repossession would not be stopped. Today I was in front of my place waiting in the car with my daughter and a tow truck pulled up in front of me and started to reverse into my car full speed my 4 year daughter in the car and myself. I told him my daughter is in the car what is he doing and he kept repeatedly trying to back into my car and I got scared and drove off. I understand they have a right to repo my car and I am in default but can they do this AFTER I tell them my 4 year old is in the car with me? We are both so shaken up.

Paid in full for truck to discover had a lien on it. It then got impounded, but can't register to me to take out of impound

What are the next steps in getting my truck out. Whi should I have to pay all those fees because the dealership sold me the truck already having s lien on it
