Legal advice on Landlord's right to enter

My landlord entered my apartment today without us giving permission. I was sleeping at the time, and I feel a bit unnerved that I had people walking around. Have they broken any laws by doing this? I did not consent via e-mail or phone. They sent out an initial e-mail saying disregard if we didn't need them to enter, so I did.

RCW 59.18.150 (6) ". . . A landlord shall not unreasonably interfere with a tenant's enjoyment of the rented dwelling unit by excessively exhibiting the dwelling unit." What is considered an excessive exhibition of a dwelling unit? Is there a reasonable threshold for showings in one day?

I’d like to know if a repair person in business can enter your home and take pictures of a different area of your home , non-Repair related , without your permission or knowledge?

My kids mother put a order of protection out against me to remove me from the apartment we both share and have signed papers for, she then dropped the order of protection but refused to give me the keys to the new locks after she had them changed. She did this because she has a new boyfriend. What can I do about this and is this legal?

I was staying with a friend I have been there since January but Thursday she decided to throw my stuff out without warning after I just made the mortgage payment for November

Hi I'm having troubles clarifying what is considered too frequent of inspections or landlord abusing their right to enter my unit. My landlord in the past 6 months has done as least 14 inspections if not more and now has requested to do another. She claims she's coming in to take pictures and check for repairs and if she says something needs fixed she never fixes it. She has also done 3 or 4 inspections in one month and this is getting frustrating and I feel like this is over the top. She will request to do inspections as late as 8:30pm and she has even stopped by my house after 9pm to leave inspection notices. At this point I feel like she is harassing me.

I am a landlord. Lease on our home expires on 3/31/2021. I have informed the tenant in Dec 2020 that we are planning to sell the house as soon as lease expires. As per the lease agreement, tenant needs to support showings 60 days prior to lease expiration date. I am struggling to get tenant's support on allowing to show the house. I accommodated tenant's suggestion to show only on weekends but still struggling to get the support. Tenant is also struggling to find another rental. I am concerned that tenant might not leave the house when lease expires. What are my options as a landlord?

My landlord gave my key to a repairman to fix the tile in the shower. The repairman entered my apartment when I was home without ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. He then opened my closed bedroom door without knocking or speaking. I was in bed, in my pajamas. He did not leave, even when I asked him to. I felt violated. I immediately informed the rental agency (who are the proxies for the landlord). They told me the repairman told them a completely different story - that he very loudly announced himself when he came in. The repair was never completed, leaving me without a shower for the remainder of the time I lived there. They did not get the key back or change the locks. They did not compensate me in any way. And they punished me every time I needed repairs after that - and did not complete them.

Was sleeping woke up to someone unlocking my bedroom door thought it might of been apartmentmate, was landlord she talk to me a bit then closed the door and left the apartment she didn’t relock my bedroom door and I doubt she locked the apartment back up still laying here kinda confused, she even asked why I lock my bedroom door like wtf?

Rental property is to be sold. Current lease states landlord is to be allowed access to take photos for marketing the home 90 days prior to the lease ending. Tenant doesn't want her personal belongings in pictures so she states she will cover all of her things with tarps if we bring a photographer.
