Can I apply to Military “army” while my status is pending ??

Hello, I came here with a J1 Visa, then I applied to change the status “form i-539” to F1 Visa, then I did the biometrics, then I didn’t receive any response from USCIS, so now I’m thinking to apply to military, can I do that? Is it possible? And what can I do to get my F1 Visa approved earlier ??

Can I have a physical residence in Canada and still complete a J1 waiver in US?

I am a physician. I recently got a Canadian PR and I have to complete a J1 waiver. Can I physically reside in Canada (to complete citizenship requirement) and travel to US for work to complete my J1 waiver of 3 years?

We applied for a waiver on the J1 visa on No Objection condition in March 2022. When I tracked the application yesterday, the update status on the decision was still pending, but the item "No Objection" was now marked as (unacceptable). Please, what does this mean? Is J1 visa more limiter and complicated than H1 B

I am not very clear about the J1 visa process and wanted to know if everyone is subjected to the two year residency as a part of their j1 visa? How often do the waivers get rejected and am I allowed to apply for a green card on a J1? My J1 visa will be sponsored through a national lab. Can I apply for a green card before having to do the 2 year residency.

Can new J1 visa process and outcome for the second year fellowship hold or cancel the first valid J1 visa?

I have a stamped J1 visa valid until July 2023 and I am in the US now. I am planning to visit my family in March 2023 in Turkey and plan to apply for a new J1 visa (for my second year of fellowship, my Fellowship is for three years but they give us new DS 2019 year by year). I would like to ask you if for any reason this new visa was denied or held for a long Administration process, will this cancel my current valid JI visa? (Thus if the answer is NO, I can return to the US on time to rejoin my fellowship through the current visa.) I have dual citizenships my J1 visa on Turkish passport also I have Syrian citizenship.

My wife and children were on J1 and J2, respectively with 212 e rule . Can they accompany me when I apply for J1 clinical visa?

I have just returned from the US me and my family back to my country. Me and my wife were on J1 research scholar visa and my children were on J2 dependent on her. 2 year home residence (212e rule) was applied to us all. Now I will apply for medical residency through J1 clinical visa. Can my wife and my children accompany me as dependent despite the 212 e rule?
