I was released a week ago from san diego detention with notice to appear but in my file they wirte that i failed to provide an adress so what should i do now?

Why and what i have to do?

What to response to the uscis?what we should do ?

my mom applied for citizenship ,and after the interview in uscis , the uscis asked her to send "Immigration Judge Order showing that your removal proceedings were terminated ". few years ago she applied for aisle then she was rejected but she get her green card from my brother. I checked the court automated system , I downloaded and I sent to the uscis the letter and it shows "the immigration judge terminated proceedings" I checked with 2 lawyers ,everyone give different answers. my question is ,what "the immigration judge terminated proceedings" means it means that the case was administratively closed and not terminated nor dismissed or it means that the case was terminated or closed ? regards Wael

Immigration?

I am an asylee and my daughter applied with asylum with me. The court hearing got postponed several times. In the midst of all that, I got married and my husband is a citizen. I heard that it is difficult to file greencard for asylees. Is that true? IF i do get my greencard through my husband, can I appear at the court with my daughter if the court date is set for the asylum case since i'm the principal applicant? I assume I'll have greencard by then but I want to be there for my daughter..

My friend crossed to border illegally and received a notice to appear, does she need to appear after filing for asylum ?

She crossed the border with her son and both received a notice to appear 3 months later. She recently filed for asylum so we are wondering if she needs to still go to the notice to appear she received after being detained by border patrol. And if so, what should she expect and/or take with her to the hearing?
