Can my mother stay beyond her 6 month tourist Visa if I have petitioned for her with a I-130 form and a form I-864A as Sponsor?

I petitioned for her back in early May and received a receipt letter from USCIS in Nebraska Service center with a priority date of 22 May 2023. Her 6 month Tourist Visa end on 2 sept but the estimate for completed the process is about 15 months. Can my mother stay in the USA beyond her Visa date while waiting for her petition? What are my options please?

How can my sister get help to get out of US with her two daughters ?

My sister entered USA along with her daughters in Jan 2016 on a dependent status. Her visa expired in April 2016. One of her daughter is an US citizen & the other one is an Indian Citizen. Due to limited financial options, risk of deportation by ICE, and illegal status for her & her daughter my sister wants to leave the US along with her two daughters to India. However, her husband whose visa also expired in the same time doesnt want his daughters to leave and can physically restrain her or not allow the daughters to leave. How can she be helped to leave US.
