I started a position as a W2 worker with no benefits but I had a small 90 day training salary and after the 90 days I would switch to draw comp plan, However the employer can no longer do a draw so Ive been working the past month 100% commission now. No gurantees or min wage. Would I still be considered a W2 worker or would I be considered a 1099 Contractor ?

Can i sue a hotel for violation of my privacy by giving my employer the receipts of my hotel stay?

So I was staying at a hotel in Houston, TX while working as a covid nurse. We're supposed to upload our receipts to get reimbursed by my employer. I have uploaded the receipts I've received from this particular hotel. However, my employer apparently called said hotel and they gave them a copy of my receipts. Are they allowed to do that? So now my employer is saying that they over payed me and owe them money. They have been harassing me non stop for the last two years emailing me, calling, and texting regarding this.

It's a big bathroom with 3 urinals and 4 toilets with stalls the door I am talking about is the door you walk in to the bathroom you can see to the urinals with the door open in the men's and the women's bathroom you can see all the stall doors from the outside when they leave the door open

Is my employer doing anything illegal?

I work for a major insurance broker as an insurance sales agent. The company is headquartered in Kansas and I work remotely in South Carolina. I am an hourly employee plus commission. Per company policy, I am entitled for one hour lunch break. My performance is assessed by tracking occupancy time. Occupancy time is tracked even when I am on my lunch break. Taking the lunch break hurts my occupancy. I don't get paid for the one hour lunch break but the one hour lunch break still counts a whole one hour of me not on the phone talking to clients thus hurting my occupancy. Is the company doing anything illegal?

Is my employer trying to avoid liability by asking me to clock out and use my personal vehicle to do company business?

I have to use my personal vehicle to drive from my work place to a surgery center to pick up surgery charts for my office and drive back. My company is telling me to clock out while I am driving to and from the two offices and clock back in when I get back to my office. They are paying for mileage, and adding just 1 hour to my time even if the trip takes more than an hour because of traffic, or other situations. This seems like they are trying to avoid any liability if I get into an accident. Also, I think its unfair to put a limit on travel time when traffic is unpredictable.

If a guy tell alie and vets me fired can I do anything to the guy for deflationof character or lying prior when I have proof?

I got fired because a guy lied to the owner. I have text messages where I sent to the accountant. She told the guy I text her and let her know. He lied to the owner and said I did not let anyone know when I was working. I also have proof where he had us dig up a cremation with out the proper paper work and corner present a video can I do something about that also.

Can I sue my employer for hostel work environment ?

We had a meeting and one of my co workers decided to tell one of his stories about being in the field at work. While he was telling this story he says the N word! This was done right in front of 2 supervisors and this happened over a month ago and still nothing was done! It’s getting harder to be around the person who said but knowing my supervisor didn't say anything makes it even harder to be at work.

Can I get back pay for a wrongful termination from USPS?

I received a letter that I abandoned my job but I was never notified to return to work. My supervisor denied my return stating I didn't respond to returning to work but thats not true. I was supposed to return to work on June 3 but I received a letting me go on September 7 from my supervisor. Am I entitled to 12 weeks of pay I missed due to my supervisor not sending a notice to come back to work? My union representative is working on bringing me back.
