Legal advice on Eminent domain and land use law

There is a small land locked completely wooded, undeveloped piece of property that has no entrance to it, newly inherited by a person. It sits surrounded by 5 fully developed family properties. The families have all said they don't want to allow an easement through their properties. Will the court make someone put a driveway through their property to get there?

I just found the city's future land map shows a park going in behind my house and my property a parking lot. I want to do some extensive remodeling but afraid to if they can force me to sell. I've found no time table for their plans, don't want to wait years to remodle nor will I want to sell after it's done. Would taking for a parking lot fall under this and would I have to sell?

The city cut a tree down in my front yard to use for the city's Christmas tree. Because the tree was on an easement, and due to the reason it was cut, is it fair they take something of value on my property, and use it for their own purpose without compensation or notice to me the home owner? We share the easement right?

It is a flag lot with two parcels of property. The 24 foot access goes 10 feet into my yard which I have maintained with the sprinkler system. I added a water feature two years ago and the property line goes right through it. I was told by the contractor that the owner verbally agreed I could do that. Someone wants to buy the property and put two houses up there one as an investment. I believe they need the 10 feet according to the fire department for access purposes. I don’t mind one house up there but 2 Will require a 20 foot wide driveway over 300 feet. It would look like a basketball court. Plus it will make my front yard incredibly small. Please advise What my legal rights are and if I need to get a real estate attorney and if this is actually something I could win with a minimum minimal amount of money

I went to the city hall meeting on the 25th. My lot is approx 1.440 sq ft and they plan on taking approx 3,300sqft with eminent domain to build an on ramp to I-405 off 132nd street in Kingsgate WA. Is it beneficial to go thru an attorney with negotiations? Or does the state pay a fair amount with out needing representation?

Our neighbor's electrical wire runs from their home and is attached to our home and, in certain sections, runs a foot from our home and windows. While it was this way when we purchased our home 8 years ago, EverSource has agreed that it should not be this way. It is unsafe. The neighbors are putting a large addition on the rear of their home which is made possible due to the purchase of additional land at the rear of their home. They are willing to put a pole in the rear of their yard and EverSource is willing to put a pole there. They want to put the wire underground to reach the pole and then it will run up the pole, and strung from that pole to a network of poles and wires existing all the way in the rear of all the properties next door to them containing at least 8 houses down. Some of their other a utters don;t want to see the pole and are resisting. While we do believe that the wire will be removed from our home, we may be asked to have the wire run over our garage and down our driveway and then a pole be installed on a city sidewalk at the end of our driveway. What are our rights regarding this matter.

3 months into a 12 month lease can a landlord give you 30 days notice that you and your family need to leave so they can let their family move in. It seems this is legal in some places but I can't find any Massachusetts references.
