He has to beg to get any money, provide receipts for everything, then the bank person decides, he wanted to pay the mortgage off but was told no, we married in 2001, I bought the house in 1991, although his name is on the mortgage (2009), he contributed to expenses, when he could in the beginning. He needed a new vehicle, they only gave him the $$ amount on the receipt, because I put the deposit on my credit card so the deposit was not refunded. If he dies, his siblings were made co-beneficiaries, after the WILL went through PROBATE, to be divided equally among them. They each were left the same amount, & they don't have the "agreement" or a "trust". Is this so-called "AGREEMENT" even legal? It was signed AFTER the Will went through PROBATE. He was pressured into signing it, and without an attorney. He was injured badly in Iraq, PTS/TBI/ADHD, a myrid of health issues, I have been his CareGiver over a decade, get no help from his family or anyone for that matter. He's not the man I married, no time for a life, as I do everything, I am exhausted have no money, can't work, just my SSI. I Supported us when he had nothing, so my retirement savings are gone.
