What legal recourse is there for a victim if the SAO declines to prosecute a sexual assault?

this 18 year old is trying to fight me and talking crap to me and about my girlfriend and he told to come fight him so what could happen.

initial job requirements never included travel. He was offered a temporary assignment 14 hrs away. 2 wks there 2 wks home. After 2 rotation, he was offered a relocation package I didnt agree, we have 3 children. I messaged this boss 3/10/23 at 7:01a and explained that he couldnt take the job. My husband was aware of the message, stated that he is now embarrassed by my actions but we can get past it. 3/22/23 he called me around 1230-1p. Saying I have ruined everything for him, which he had mentioned before. We talked briefly and when it was time for him to come home he started calling my calls only text. I asked what his boss said he never told me just said i ruin all future project opportunities for him. He started yelling and was in full rage. He was verbally attacking me in front of our children which ended in psychical and him being arrested. Which resulted in my children being mentally affected and a TRO being set in place. I'm not sure what the conversation was between him & the owner of the company but I feel it played a huge part in his attack on me.

I have proof that she abandoned the residence and our children and was taken off the lease by management and that she initiated contact several times over the last year and a half, admitted the order for protection was not necessary, offered me favors such as saying she would give me a vehicle, wanted me to come live with her and her boyfriend, wanted to come back with her boyfriend and live with me and pay rent, and has always been able to contact our children but she is telling the judge I have kidnapped them and am keeping them from her. She only called the cops on me because I refused to let her and her boyfriend move in with me. The cops sent her away after finding out from the neighbors and her kids that she hasn't been in contact and doesn't support them and that she is no longer on the lease. She has also been trespassed from the property by management. I've been told I'm not entitled to a public defender for this type of case and volunteer attorneys will not accept my case. She has lawyered up and I am forced to defend myself.

I am wondering if it’s possible to put a restraining order on someone and by not filling it, does it still show in their record ?

My girlfriend and I, (both 52 years old), have lived together for the past 8 years. Our lives are completely integrated. We were both charged with 3 Class C felonies, due to a false allegation made by my 17 year old son. We both have never had criminal charges pressed against us. We are both Co Defendant’s in this case. We have both posted bond. There is no court order not bond order restricting us from having contact. Her parents paid to have her bonded out and paid for her lawyer, The lawyer and bondsman are friends. The bondsman recommended this lawyer to her family. Her parents are hostile towards me at this point, believing that I am the reason she was arrested. However; her attorney and bondsman are telling her to stay away from me and our place of residence, (again, no bond order is in place). We are currently living apart and this additional stress is driving a wedge into our relationship. I’m concerned that if this continues, one or both of us are going to become hostile towards each other and will cause us to turn on each other during our case. Why should or shouldn’t we live together? Can a bondsman or lawyer tell her where and with whom she can reside?

My roommate/ex-boyfriend has had his car in my driveway for over a year. I’ve asked him for the last four months to get rid of that stuff in there. Can I just have it towed away?
