Legal advice on Divorce in Washington

Wife and I have agreed to all terms and are splitting up our assets outside of court. We have a quit claim deed and want to file it now to finish the division of assets but haven't finished the divorce. If we do this, do we need to file another quit claim deed after the divorce or is the one from before the divorce adequate?

Washington State: In our divorce, my ex wanted me to change my name from his. I didn't want to but they wanted some sort of language addressing this so my lawyer put "The wife intends to change her name" under "Name Changes." He is now asking me when I intend to change my name (over 20 years later). Going by the language above - am I required to do so?

Do ourselves. Uncontested divorce, husband signed petition on the last page and joinder form also #119 Do I need notarized those forms? Also we agree on all no children involved by the way. Only property we need divide is a house so we agreed 50/50 per appraisal. I m staying in the house and buying him out , house is paid, we have no mortgage on it, do I take loan to pay him during, before or after divorce final? We were together for 15 years but he doesn't have legal citizenship in the US. For the first several years he had nothing, he had been fired due to his citizen status. He moved in with me and I paid for everything. Then he got work more and more and has since started his own businesses. So then He prevented me from working for the rest of the time we were together because he was jealous I'd meet someone else. So he paid all my rent, gave me pocket money for my daily needs, bought me a truck so I had transportation and took care of my three kids and most of their financial needs- so that I wouldn't have to get work. Now we have separated and he has taken back my truck so I can't go anywhere, stopped giving me money at all, and I have no work experience for the last several years because he didn't let me work. Can I sue him?

My wife told me she was leaving and I would never see her again! It has been 22 years since she left and I am unfortunately still married because I can't find her to get divorced! I saw her one time when she dropped off our son to live with me when he was 12 ( he is now 24) but she said she wouldn't sign divorce papers! I have been wanting to get married to my fiance for 16 years now and can't!

I filed in August, my soon to be ex-spouse submitted the joinder in September. I haven't been given a case number or any follow up information. It's a very simple dissolution without kids, no haggling over property. Is there anything that would prevent it from being finalized within 90 days? Does the 90 days start on the date he submitted the joinder or when I first filed? Do I get any notification when it's finalized? Thanks in advance!

Likely amicable divorce here and trying to find out if I remove my ex from the deed is there a way to get her off the mortgage without refinancing? The rate is now double what our rate is so trying to avoid that as all costs. I also can afford the mortgage on my own so not a concern for qualifying.

If challenged( or in general), he thinks its perfectly normal to flex verbally, try to make me smaller or less than. It's all his, everything acquired in 27 years.. I'm insulted really, as I KNOW his manipulative tactics..& now I would like to know my rights. Wa. state= after marriage the assets are joint, house ,car, etc., what about his retirement funds, stocks, savings or hidden accounts....any info would be valued,as knowledge is power!

Good Day! Uncontested divorce, I would like to buy husband out of the house. House is paid. What kind of loan should I take? Also, husband made concern that if I give him for example 180K and 6 months later go and sell the house with extra 100,000 in profit (house value now 360K, if I sell for 460) he said I have to give him half of those 100K. (??) I feel like why do I do that? if we divorced , he got his half $ of the house, I am done. Right?
