I have not lived with my wife since the mid 90s how can i file for divorce if i am not sure of her address

This would be a consult so I can figure out how to go forwards. I've lived in Puerto Rico for 6 months now. Im trying to escape a narcissist so I must be cautious and I have a low amount of funds. What ducks should I get in a row now? My spouse is very cunning and quick.

Me and my husband have not seen each other since September 2019. I need help in how to get a divorce. He currently has a girlfriend. We have no kids and own no property together. We got married August 28,2019. I just want a divorce. He lives in a different state than me.

I was on a domestic violence situacion and my kid's father lives with another person in the house. We've been separated for years and have 4 children together. I want to sell in a legal way but he doesn't want any legal involvement and refuses to sell. I currently live in the US. I want to go to Puerto Rico to fix this matter and try to take my name off the house but it's also belongs to my children... Two of my sons in different occasions tried to spend time with their father but this man ended up physically abusing them and kicking then out of the house so they returned to the U.S.

Even though he lives in louisiana and i live in Puerto Rico now can i possibly get a divorce from him?

I went through a divorce proceeding as a plaintiff. Court went well without incident. Upon leaving, it was discovered that my ex, the defendant, had her car stolen From the parking lot, while the proceeding occurred. I was first in the building and at no time lest the building, but of course was accused of participating in the theft of the car. My ex ‘s attorney spoke with my attorney and he asked if I knew anything about the missing car, which happens to be titled in my name only. I denied any involvement. At this time as I exit the building with other court patrons, her attorney makes accusations that I took the car. I immediately cautioned her about making public false statements against me and defaming my name in the presence of. Y attorney. My ex and the attorney attempted to check cameras. She became very angry and began to shout at me multiple times calling me a “coward”. She continued yelling to me that I was a coward from across the Parking lot. She entered her car and left. Within the hour she called my attorney to apologize for her behavior and stated I should never have been subjected to that. I want to file a professional complaint against her

My ex-husband and I were separated due to his drug abuse following emotional and psychological abuse while I was pregnant. I begged that he seek medical help and treatment but he refused to try harder to seek such treatment. On 2015 he started a known and confirmed extramarital affair with a divorced woman while still abusing drugs. She knew that even though we were separated he was still married. She carelessly, cruelly and obsessively insisted in staying in the relationship. According to him, she followed him, contacted him constantly and hacked his phone several times to know where he was located. She also dedicated a big amount of time to send inappropriate messages and pictures through texts messages and social media messages to interrupt my peace. Supposedly this woman is the daughter of a retired police commander and her spoiled self thought this was fun to do. They currently have two children, one born in year 2016 & another in 2018. He pays child support but when his income increases he doesn’t inform such and claims that his current partner is the one who works the most and has the highest income.

I have my marriage certificate that was issued when I was married Nov 10 2013. My attorney said I have to have a certificate that was issued no less than 6 months ago. This makes no sense. So only people who have been married only 6 months can get a divorce?

my father is renting part of the house and his exwife is harassing him for the rent, My dad doesn't get much from his SS benefits to support the home on his own. my question, is she entitle to anything? she was the one who picked up everything and left, leaving my father with all the responsibility on his own. She took all the furniture with her and she remarried 6 months later. My dad told me that he received a paper stating that he was divorced, but he never sign any divorce paper.
