Legal advice on Divorce in Oklahoma

My ex spouse and I have agreed to changing our agreement to letting me claim my daughter on taxes ever year so I can get the new tax credit every year to get reimbursed for her private school I pay for. In return, I would no longer need him to pay me child support since I would get to claim her every year instead of every other year. To summarize, both parties are in agreement on this. So what would we need to do to change our current agreement? We would want to change it to me getting to claim her every year on taxes and him no longer paying child support. Our previous agreement had him paying me and I could only claim her every other year. We don't have alot of extra money and are hoping we don't need to hire an attorney since we all agree on the change.
