Legal advice on Divorce in Indiana

In June 2023, my ex-wife and I jointly initiated a non-contest divorce, with both of us initiating the agreement. Notably, during the negotiation of the divorce terms, my ex-mother-in-law was present, and at that time. As per our settlement agreement, I consented to vacate the house for her and committed to making monthly payments of $1300 until June 2024, along with other stipulated property divisions. The judge, during a final hearing on September 12, 2023, approved the other divisions but did not grant my ex-wife the $1300 monthly alimony, deeming her ineligible. Importantly, neither of us appealed the decree. However, in December 2023, my ex-wife insisted on the $1300 monthly payment, reiterating that the settlement agreement should be treated as a binding contract irrespective of the judge's final decision, and her mother is the witness. I maintain a different viewpoint. In this situation, I am seeking clarification on who is legally correct and whether I am obligated to fulfill the alimony payments.

A year and half ago my “wife” had protective order placed. I lived in my vehicle for months until a friend took me in. I have been giving her my entire paycheck. I would like to share custody of mine and my husband's two dogs once we get divorced and I fear that he won't uphold a verbal agreement at all. In the eyes of the court one dog is his property and one is mine. I cannot afford to go to court to obtain custody of his dog. I do take care of her everyday, since he has decided to not live at home. I feed her and play with her every day, along with my dog. Occasionally I buy her dog food, since she eats different dog food than my dog, but for the majority of the time, my husband buys her food. I do take her to the vet as well, but he pays the her vet bills. Up until my husband filed for divorce, we both saw both dogs as our jointly owned dogs, but now he's divided them up between us and I know the courts would agree. I've read that in the state of Indiana, pets are considered property and custody agreements are not usually accepted in court and are definitely not upheld in court if someone doesn't honor it. Is there any other legal binding document that could be written up that could uphold shared pet custody of two divorcing spouses in Indiana?

My divorce was finalized in May of 2022. My ex spouse was court ordered to pay me $500/ month until balance of $33,700 was paid in full for my portion of our home. I have not received payment. I found out that my divorce hearing has taken place and received a decree after the fact. I was never notified of the hearing. Therefore, he was awarded his terms. He was extremely abusive and I became disabled before he moved out. There were assets (he had been hiding money) and no liabilities were addressed.
