Legal advice on Divorce in Illinois

I am seeking a declaration of invalidity of marriage or divorce, whichever is the best option in my situation.

There are many messy facts to this but I will try to stick to the very basics. For several months I had two things going on at the same time: 1) suing my former employer, who had counsel, for constructive discharge, Pro Se, and 2) in the middle of a divorce where I had counsel, my husband had counsel, and a GAL had been appointed. Given no other facts to this case, does my former employer's counsel have the right to contact my husband's divorce council and the GAL in our divorce case? About anything. I had one opposing counsel telling opposing councel in my divorce things about me. Thank you.

It’s been almost 5 yrs. and I don’t know what to do now. I need help getting my settlement from my divorce

So my wife decided to go back to her ex after 1 year of marriage and sleep with him and then week later she tells me this and we've been separated since then this was way back in May. We have 2 kids together, is it possible to just give her full custody and child support and get her out of my life without going to court I really don't want anymore attachment to her than I already have. We are married for 20yrs and has 7yr old son. Our marriage has been rocky since long. We both (i say it more) talk about divorce/ separation / living separate during our arguments but still together in same house. Lately I have noticed suspicious actions by him about money. I closed one bank account and trying sell his stocks. He dosent share his finances with me since beginning. I also did not paid attention. But I know he has over 1 million assets all together. He said he don't want give me anything as I hardly worked in USA, and did not contributed in anything in financial ( he is right) and all this money is only his money. His immediate family stopped talking to me and couple of cousins too. All this happened in last 2 weeks. What's the catch? Can he give his money to his cousins? He also said today morning that I m going to suffer by loosing heavily and my son. I need suggestions what to do. Pl reply.

Spouse is hiding assets (inheritance) and I'm concerned he won't disclose this and go after my 401K, 50% of the house, alimony and child support after being a stay at home dad for 16 years and just starting a low paying part time job this year.

I filed petition for rule to show cause against my ex husband RE child support. he was served properly and showed up at court, court gave him 21 days to respond. He is in violation of divorce decree and another court order for rule to show cause from March 2023. If he doesn't respond to my petition, can I file default judgment against him?

Husband has 21 days to respond to my petition for rule to show cause. Can I file default judgment to find him in contempt of two previous orders where judge specifically told him to pay with a pay plan?

I don't want my abusive ex spouse having any kind of info which they could use to contact me. Her and her family have harassed me for info for the last 2 years, the last thing I want is her or her family showing up at my doorstep.

File for divorce. After divorce was finalize had court for child support and that day I couldn't make it. I received documents a month later showing that I agreed to the amount which I make and will pay with my signature on it. That I did not sign at all.
