Legal advice on Divorce in Arkansas

I filed for an online divorce and filed the papers myself, however he is Incompetent what my next step?

I live in Arkansas and would like to use the Legal Aid Divorce paperwork but it says it's for people without children. My husband and I do have a child together but my mother in law has full custody of him and has for a long time. Can I use the DIY packet that specifically states "with no minor children" and do a pro se divorce or would that be fraudulent since we technically do have a child together? My husband (who was already a convicted felon and is now a habitual offender) was just sentenced to 40 years in prison. We haven't been together in many years so I know I have at least 2 eligible grounds for the divorce and that it should be pretty simple to obtain. I'm just worried about the whole child thing causing a problem since neither of us have custody.

I was awarded the home through the divorce had to get my ex-wife's name off of the house on the way I could do it is refinance it which I cannot because of my credit she took me back to court the judge told me I had to tell my home in auction did not even let me explain to him why I have not been able to do it I need help what can I do

I was attacked by my wife( same sex couple) I moved to Alma, Arkansas when we decided to get married. This is a very small town, and due to my wife’s job, she knows a lot of cops. That particular night my wife, lost it! She attacked me in the back yard because I told her I wanted a divorce and I was leaving. Instead of her going to jail, I went. Her son is the towns “Golden” Child of Football so, therefore, there is NO WAY the police was going to take my wife to jail! They came I the house and examined her, took pictures, and left me outside in the dark! I obtained an Attorney. I went through the preliminary and then yesterday I was told to not bother coming into court due to the lack of evidence. He stated that he will let me know when the trial is, if there should be a trial. Just needing to know what all of this means. Me and my wife have reconciled and I am in the home again.

I’ve been in the mist of a divorce/custody battle ongoing now for three years. I got three questions. First one is can I still proceed with the divorce even tho he no longer communicates with his lawyer? Also since he is homeless I let him stay in my home when I woke the next morning my wallet with over two hundred dollars came up missing can I have him arrested for this? He hasn’t paid a dime in child support and he has had another baby by another woman during the three years separated. Oh!? I guess for my third question what will judge do if he found out my ex had another baby during this time?

I found a phone in my truck the other morning. Turns out that my husband was with some girl that left her phone in my truck. I don’t know her or have ever met her. Just wanna know legally where I stand on if I am obligated to return it or is it now mine since it was an abandoned in my vehicle.

ok so as i was saying my friend husband is back in prison and he is looking at 10 years plus from what she has told me she is wanting to get a divorce from him so she can move on with her life. she has told me she had tried once before when they both went to prison years ago from what I gather she has taken charges for him before and its also real toxic he beats her up. well as I stated before but when she tried to divorce him back when she couldn't get it done.. she is also doing 30 days now her self in the county jail and she asked me if I could find out how can she divorce this man. thank you in advanced

I need my divorce date to add to my pension ?

Ex wife opened an account under my name and since they didn't receive a payment they transferred bill to my account without telling me. I paid it but then found out the bill was high due to a balance transfer to my own account. They have all info that it was my ex wife who opened the account online with my info but since I already paid they will not dispute. I reached out to to her who denies everything and does not want to pay me back. What should I do at this point? We have a child together and been divorced 9 years.

I'm currently paying child support in Arkansas, Fort Smith and I plan on moving to New York Long Island New Hyde Park on January 9th. The last payment I made to OCSE was on December 2nd 2022 which was for $171 and I currently owe $540.36. I was ordered to pay $308 every month from the start of August 31st. I will be behind in child support more than $800 in January. I currently have no money and I don't think I will be able to pay anything until February at the least. I was wondering if by the time I reach my destination in Long Island whether or not I will get in any kind of trouble like jail time if I'm ordered to go to court in arkansas while in long island. I recently had a talk with the mothers family about withdrawing my parental rights and was wondering if I could get some advice on that. I'm 18 and i'm scared, depressed and suicidal.
