Legal advice on Divorce in Alaska

My boyfriend and I have been together for a year and a half, but are still both legally married. We are looking into buying a home together, but concerned our future ex spouses would have some sort of steak in the home we buy together.

We got married in California, he is residing in California. I went back to the US with a visitors visa to know if i can file for a divorce. I am.here in Kodiak alaska.

We’re going through some things right at the moment. Talking about splitting up and he started moving all me belongings into the spare room. He told me the house isn’t mine because I’m not paying for it and by the time I come back from my trip all of my belongings will be moved into the guest room and if I try to get in the marital bedroom he’s going to lock the door

I am co signer and she is ower but both names are on the vehicle Shelly and Jacob . Who gets the car now ?

My defaulted divorce says my ex receives all money received from my house fire. My ex left the family home 2 years prior . He had no personal property as he resides in another state . Insurance gave him solely the first check for 311,000$ and I received 5,000$ for 2 months living allowance in my name only . The check i want to cash is for 220,000 for the persons property claim in both our names . We were still married when my house burnt down. I’ve lost everything including all 4 of my pets died 2 dogs and 2 cats . My ex sent the check to attorney here in Alaska where I currently still stay . I want to get my life back .will the judge honor the defaulted judgment ? Thank you

Divorced November 2020 but ex-spouse name is still on the house which was awarded to me. How get his name off of house and property ?

no support has been ordered in my nearly 2 year divorce, my husband and I reached an agreement on custody and property, opposing party drafts settlement and leaves child support guidelines blank due to not agreeing on amount or that it should be retroactive. We share 50/50 custody, My husband makes $100,000 per year, works for his father, who covers other bills too (cell phone, car insurance, gas card & is gifted new vehicles and recently a home). I am unemployed 14 years now, have a degree that hasn't been put to use since graduating in 2013. We filled out support guidelines when filing the divorce complaint, but no order was established, and opposing wants to sort out support out at a later date?. do we have to agree on support or can the judge order what he thinks is best according to the guidelines? How can I finally start getting support? Can they really put a settlement on the record without the child support order too? Can I ask the judge myself at the settlement on the record hearing since my attorney hasn't followed through getting it established?

My wife was cheating on me, I restricted here and she called the cops and put a restraining order on me. I want to evict her from my house.

My landlord is refusing to take me off the lease and wants me to sublet it to my husband but out of the best interest of my mental health, I have cut all communication with him. How do I go about removing myself from the lease legally? I may mention that my landlord in the past took two weeks to fix a water issue of no water for a week and no hot water for two weeks. Does that mean she broke the lease?
