Legal advice on Divorce and health insurance

Note: To start off my husband and my stepsons mother have joint custody 50/50 no one is custodial parent. So my husbands ex girlfriend whom is the mother of my stepson was recently claimed by her new baby daddy on his own child support paperwork(with his ex wife) as covering 100% of her expenses to claim hardship so his child support payment is lowered. She recently filed for child support against my husband claiming she’s the custodial parent which is false but also she has no job, and doesn’t pay for anything for my stepson. My husband covers insurance for medical, dental, vision, school, and daycare because she hasn’t had a job in years and does not believe she needs to work but admitting to wanting to just take his money. Is there any way my husband could possibly win this and counter all of this?

Mother has lied a lot in family court so she can get more money. She has also lied to the state's Medi-cal about her income to get free medical for her. In court paper it says "if she doesn't qualify for medical then both parents will need to split medical insurance". It would benefit us to cover insurance for my stepchild. That is why we want to do it.

My friend picked me up one night from a party because I was too drunk to drive. She blew through a road block and got pulled over. He made her get out of the car and do a field sobriety test even though she was sober. I got out of the car to ask why we were being pulled over. The officer asked me multiple times to get back into the vehicle. I did not, but I was not being rude I just kept asking questions as to why we were being pulled over because my friend was sober and we did not notice the road block because all we saw was a tow truck and one police car which looked like a dui tow or something so we passed on. The officer called back up and the back up officers hand cuffed me and put me in the car and arrested me for obstruction. But the only thing is the week before my niece tried committing suicide and was admitted to a suicide place, my mother was put into a psych ward, i had to testify against my dad for their divorce, and I did not get to see my son for over a month because his mother was being rude. All of this happened one week before so I was emotional. I do have prior dui's on my record but they were 7 years ago. Nothing since! I have changed, just was in a bad mood.

I received a judgement for Health Insurance. And the judgement states I am to be provided with Health Insurance for a specific time period. My ex-spouse did not follow the judgement; did not provide Health Insurance. What is the courts view on the years of unpaid Health Insurance? And what are the penalties for the years of unpaid health insurance? In others words, how is this typically remedied and/or compensation received for this type of violation?

My divorce agreement states" i am to keep my HMO employer sponsered health insurance" Well i also have an HRA that my employer offers. My employer offers 2 plans, one with it and 1 without it. I pay extra for the plan with the HRA. My ex thinks she doesnt have to pay for any out of pocket expenses for my children as i get reimbursed money i have all ready paid. So i pay almost 2900 a year extra for this plan. My employer reimburts me back 2750 back. The court order states we are to pay uninsured medical bills equally. Why does she get to benefit from my employer sponsered benefit? I could use that half of the money toward my own bills. She knows about this plan and is fighting me on it. I feel its my benefit and she should still have to pay half. i also pay for half of all co-pays,precsriptions, and any other bills that come in for the dentist,glasses ect. i truly cant afford what i have to now nd i make good money. Please help i have to go to court soon to argue this and i dont have a lawyer and she does

Married but separated and living in different states.

It is in divorce decree that wife agrees to provide health insurance on our daughter. Does wife have to provide a card to me (father) in case I need to take our daughter to doctor when she is with me? We have joint legal custody, and I have visitation and she has primary custody.

I have full physical custody or our daughter and share legal custody with her father, her pediatrician and specialists are recommending we move out of the area as she is having severe issues with pulmonary issues and growing resistant to all interventions, she constantly sick and in and out of the hospital for respiratory issues. The area we reside in highly polluted and listed as one of the worst placed for asthmatics. I have reached out to her father for support in relocating her but he is not interested in discussing. I am currently applying for jobs anywhere just to get her out of here but I don't know if I need to go back to court now or wait until I have found another job. Right now I am paying all medical bills, 2 health insurance premiums, taking her to all of her appointments, stay with her during admissions, continuously having to take time of work to administer around the clock breathing treatments and etc. without any assistance from her father. What do I need to do? I am not trying to take her away from her father and have expressed the need for us to do what is best for her medically.

My spouse and I have health insurance through his employer. 1. When does the insurance terminate ? Is it at the end of the 6month period when divorce becomes final ? Or is on the date the judgement is signed ? 2. Will I have to explicitly negotiate for health insurance to be retained until the end of the 6month period via a marital settlement document ? Or is it automatically ensured if he/she is covered at the time of filing ?
