I applied i589 after 1 Year of deadline... I went through interview and waited for result for 4 months i got refrral notice and NTA ..It says “You filed your application for asylum on ..... but you have not demonstrated with clear and convincing evidence that your application was filed within one year of your last arrival. Although you have established changed circumstances materially affecting your eligibility for asylum, or extraordinary circumstances directly related to your delay in filing, you failed to file your application within a reasonable period of time given those circumstances. Based on the above determination made following your asylum interview, your application tor asylum has been referred to IJ for adjudication in removal proceedings before the US DEPARTMENT of justice , What should i do i have NTA on 15 January and I need Help...

I am from El Salvador, entered US illegally and I was told that my family and I were in deportation proceedings more than 25 years ago. We are still here in the U.S. I applied for TPS work permit and got it. I have a US citizen wife who filed I-130 for me. I applied for advance parole and went home. Can I now apply for I-485? What happens to my deportation proceeding?

My father was detained here in the US. Gave him unlawful entry charges and is now facing deportation.

My wife H1-B extension was denied recently and she became out of status as i94 and previous H1B had expired in Aug 2017. She is in her 6th month of pregnancy and due date is in May. Her OB-GYN advised not to travel internationally and provided relevant documents. Since I am also working on H1B, we filed change of status to H4 under extra ordinary circumstances for her to avoid travel based on doctor's recommendation/advisory. We have received that acknowledgment notice from USCIS and awaiting decision. Per our attorney, she is legal to stay in US till we get a decision from USCIS. My wife's employer is not heeding to doctor's letters and forcing her to either go back to her base location in India or resign from company. Its been too much mental pressure for her to take during pregnancy.
