Legal advice on Criminal defense in Massachusetts

A friend of mine drove my car and got pulled over, got the plates taken away, towed the car back to the house. Turns out my registration was revoked and I didn't even know it was due to uninsured vehicle. It was a problem between the bank and insurance, they would make the payment and return the payment into my bank account. I didn't know the insurance company deemed me to be an unreliable customer. I then received a citation with the criminal box checked off through the mail. I signed the back of it and returned it to the designated court within 4 days. I had to go to the RMV to get my registration back to normal and show them I actively have insurance. I went to the station to retrieve the plates back. Im not sure how the process works. It's been 2 months and still no letter from the court for a clerk hearing. When the registration resolved could that mean that the cop saw it on their end that there is proof of insurance on that day and that it was a problem with the bank? Would they close the case before a clerk hearing?

I bailed out my husband thinking he got sober and 2 days later in a different state attacked me and got arrested and now is back in jail where i will leave him and I learned my lesson and am getting divorced

I was accused of a hit and run, I did stop to exchange info I did the claim with my insurance, due to weather and traffic I panic and move out of the scene without providing my information to the other driver, the other parson filed a police report and now my court is in pre-trial, my lawyer says it has to be dismissed due to the prove I have but I don't see a clear picture of my case, what would you recommend?

My husband was arrested. We have one year old and my mother recently died so without him, I am pretty much completely alone in a new house in an unfamiliar area. At arraignment, is it possible for me to plea my case as to why he needs to be released either on personal recog. Or bail? There was a time in the past I promised the judge to get him to court if she released him. She did and he made it to court after that every time. What can I do to help insure he is released?

The ADA said they presented evidence (over 2 months) for Murder1 and 2 but the grand Jury did not return TRUE until Manslaughter then she recused herself saying she had a conflict of interest with the appointed defense attorney and the private investigator he used. We can see on court filings that the investigator was declared the first day in court before the grand jury. So we know they are lying. The current ADA has said he doesn't know how the grand jury could have come to that conclusion and there is no claim the guy who stabbed my son didn't do it. The defense claimed self defense. The trial starts in mid December and we want the murderer to do hard time but the max for manslaughter is 20 years. We think they are thinking to make a plea deal that we are dead set against. We have no idea why they want to let a murderer get away with most likely 10 - 15 years for a clear 1st degree murder. The town where this happened is very affluent and many influential people live there. We think someone does't want a heinous murder to bring down the real estate values and the DA is going along. Plus the murderer was black and my son was white which may have a bearing in this whole thing.
