Legal advice on Criminal defense in Arizona

I'm living in a house with 2 children and cps is involved.can they throw me out of the house cause of my charges? It's been 13 years that I had been released from prison for those crimes.

My ex got a letter saying he needs to get fingerprinted and mug shots taken.. because he was being committed of a crime.. it's organized theft... I never got a letter but it said on the pages that I was his co-defendant.. so what does that mean.. should I get fingerprinted too.. will I be arrested.. and he is already incarcerated in a different state.. should I tell them that

I was late to my first UA and I'm on pretrial services and I called my pretrial services to see if I can go in the next day they said yes and I left a message for the officer will I be ok

In November 2022, I was cited for shoplifting and wrongfully accused. I had walked past all points of sale after being given permission by the cashier as I waited for my friend. No goods were found on my person or purse. Lost and prevention still wanted to pursue pressing charges. On the body cam, I asked the officers 11 times to go speak with the cashier which they failed to do. I retained an attorney. My first court date was in January, which was postponed. The last time I heard from my lawyer was in January. They told me they were waiting to hear back from the prosecutor and had shared their lack of evidence of being able to show intent. It is almost 6 months later, and I have not heard a thing. in your opinion, what do I do? This has put me into a spiral and for the first time in my life, I’ve been put on anti-anxiety meds. This is a major integrity issue for me and I’m scared. What are the chances you think, since the prosecutor hasn’t sent anything, that this might be dismissed? I know this is just your opinion.

Working my 7th year as a fixer for Circle K. At training stores for S. E. Valley. But floated as needed. As with this situation, a store that needed a total cleaning (change over). This particular night, the 3rd shift associate that new I was looking to bump arrived early. Unannounced to me, this employee called Gilbert P. D. & gave regular night beat officer a small container of drug(s). Believe there were accouple different kinds. As I was fixing on leaving, order arrived & knowing how fast they are, I got out of the way & sat in my nice late model sport car & relaxed. Was planning on going back in to buy my stuff & fob. Noticed truck gone & gathered myself, abruptly pulled out & aggressively detained then arrested / sml. meth

My partner was arrested for an old warrant recently. In 2015 he signed a plea deal for probation but never showed up to sentencing. He went to jail last week and they set his sentencing date for April. Will they still honor the original plea deal that he signed?

My son went before a judge today and signed for 2.5 years in prison. He was on IPS for theft of means and then caught another charge for theft means and the judge reinstated him for three years on IPS. He recently was arrested for violation of probation. He had two counts of violation of probation. He signed a plea of 2.5 years in prison not totally understanding what he was signing but felt intimidated. His public defender did not help his situation at all. Can he appeal what he signed?

My case is from 2016. The last minute entry states there was an Order of Discharge of Probation back in 2022. But nothing since. Am I waiting for a judge to sign it or am I actually finished with my probation?

i have been on lifetime probation for 15 years. during this time i have not comitted any new violations . i have passed all lie detector tests. i work 50 hours a week . yet they wont approve removal for probations
