Legal advice on Criminal defense in Alabama

I got arrested September 6,2022 for pom2, pocs, possession of drug paraphernalia in Alabama. But how can they charge me if there was 2 of us in the car and they didn't find anything on me or near me. But they found it on him.

Im 20 years old I fell asleep on the wheel and caused a major accident totaling my car and hurting 3 people. Two people had minor injuries one had major injuries and was sent to the ER. at the scene I blew a 0.05 and a 0.015 at the station, as I also had weed in my system from hours ago. I was fully conscious, complied and everything, and after the sobriety test I went for an interview and the DRE in the interview room did her thing on me. Im hoping I can get Y.O so it doesn't ruin my life, do you see it as a possibilty?

My husband is mentally ill. He had a recent episode of being suicidal and picked up a tire iron in an attempt to get police to shoot him. He was taken to jail and told of charges including menacing and assault (he put the iron down shortly after he picked it up). He was sent to a hospital after several days but was told he can sign himself out so we are not sure if it is even court ordered. He was told he'd get an attorney after he got medical treatment. He also got no paperwork about what his actual charges ended up being. We have no idea what will happen when he is discharged from the hospital. Will he go straight to jail? Will he be sent home to wait for court? Will the court recognize the mental illness aspect of this and consider the treatment he's getting? I tried to look up his charges and it doesn't even show him as being arrested, although they told me a bond amount the day after his arrest. It's all very confusing and I don't know who to even call to ask.

I had to go to court. My lawyer told me to plead guilty to dui. I saw the tape. It's on tape where this officer walked up said nothing to me, opened my door and jerked me out of my car. I just bumped a curb. They lied and said I hit the store. DA said there was no evidence I hit the store. And people in the store agreed. No damage anywhere. Can they walk up and jerk me out of a car with no cause except I bumped the curb.

Another person called a friend and was asking questions bout an incident and the other party recorded the conversation without then knowing and gave it to the police can it be used against them in court

I have 9 felony possession of crack cocaine but was diagnosed several years with the mental disorder of addiction can I still go to prison for that even if it is an illness documented by doctors

Yes I have a question I play guilty for a theft and a receiving stolen property and planning to drug court phase one in Marshall county Alabama.. well I've done everything right and they keep finding false drug test that I know I passed but continue to start me over every time they say I failed so I've wasted months and months and don't know what to do because even though I'm doing right I'm still getting punished so I was wondering since I already put it in to drug court to get the felony off my record what if I keep my felony and pay off the fines and what I owe do I have to do drug court since I paid everything off

Ive been out for 3 months now and was never on color code. my parents thought i was taking pills, so they told my probation officer. he put me on color code and its a lot to deal with. my phone isn't turned on so its hard for me to try and call the number everyday. i just don't want to go back to jail. i feel like i was better just being good and following rules, but the color code makes everything harder. i got no other phone i can use. my phone ain't turned on, my mom and siblings wont let me use theirs. can u help me out and let me know how to get off early. and how often do they call your color
