Legal advice on Criminal charges

Earlier today I walked outside of my apartment to get my purse out of my car and walk my dogs after just getting home I was surprised by my Ex boyfriends ex girlfriend. I was bent over in my car when she came walking up out of no where screaming and yelling then decked me in the right eye. I took a few steps back when she shoved my car door shut and swung at me again. The whole time I’m screaming for someone to call the police because my phone was upstairs. A neighbor of mine came walking out from the back of the parking lot and I continued to scream for help. She swung again and I finally swung back in self defense which broke her glasses. I immediately turned around to walk away and she hit me from the back. You can see scratches on my back. I finally got away and upstairs after 2 neighbors came out because I was screaming for help. I called the police once she left and I got inside to my phone. I filed assault charges and now I’m being told by my ex she pressed charges back. I was literally attacked outside my apartment, with my dogs outside, while in my own car at one point.. I don’t know what to do but I need help..

Need to as an attorney about assistance or referral to one

I just found out I'm getting a new roommate, random assignment. I looked her up, to see who I'd be living with, and she has a unique name. I discovered that she has second degree assault and theft charges against her, multiple. Some of the cases aren't even closed yet. What do I even do? I already don't feel safe.

Psychotic alcoholic (very short term) girlfriend assaulted me - striking me in the face more than 2 dozen times (I have proof of this) while we weren't even arguing. She then filed a false police report claiming that I was the assailant which is wholly untrue. I have evidence, witnesses that are most likely willing to corroborate my side of the story, etc.

My cousin had a consensual sexual encounter with a woman who is engaged. After bragging about it to her fiance, he was approached by a detective asking about what happened that night. He was completely honest with his story. Turns out, instead of being honest with her fiance about her infidelity, she's claiming she was raped. My cousin's payed a lawyer $10,000 already. The trials seem to be coming to a close and after the dna test came up negative, he was able to have the rape charge lowered to a sexual assault charge. His lawyer is telling him to take a plea deal, but i know the penalties of sexual assault are heavy and he is innocent of the charge brought against him.

I was sexually assaulted by a man that I met when I was 17 I’m now 18 but I pressed charges and don’t feel like my anxiety will let me speak in front of him in court can I have him step outside the court room where I don’t have to look at him

I was stabbed several times and had a vein cut open.The police said it was a major assualt but no it was intended to kill me.It happened 3 years ago.I open the case a year ago but they said it's past the statutory limitations.Can it be reversed

I bought a car from a dealership and paid part of the down-payment. I'm late on paying the other part of the down-payment but the dealership is no longer the lienholder. The finance company is. The finance company sent the car payment due date and the down-payment is not on it. Can the dealership repossess my car?

In January I was pulled over on the highway due to “slowing down and speeding up on the highway” the officer explained to me that I was suspiciously driving and that was his cause of pulling me over. On initial contact, the officer asked me for paperwork but after I handed it over he pulled me out the car. He pulled me to the side and said he seen narcotics in my car that he can see in “plain view” but I don’t think it was in such plain view. I told him I have no idea what it was since it belonged to a friend when taking them to the airport they didn’t wanna bring it with them so it was a dumb decision but I tried to bring it home for them. He said since he knows they are Xanax which it turned out to be Oxys and so he proceeded to search my car and also found weed which I am a medical user so was not charged for the marijuana. I am 60% sure that he did not have body cam but pretty sure there will be dash cam. My police affidavit is literally 2 sentences long, says I am the sole occupant and in plain view multiple drug.com verified oxy was in the center and was also storing over of marijuana my citation does not state why I was pulled over too. It is blanked and not checked off.
