Legal advice on Crimes against society

Dwi arrest in 2021 and still no conviction. State has yet to show burden of proof that I have a prior because of lack of paperwork ,prints, plea agreement etc..

I was convicted of my third DUI and instead of getting a felony, it was reduced to a misdemeanor with no jail and two years probation. I have completed six months so far. Is there a chance I get my probation time reduced or get my Breathalyzer removed from my vehicle? I have completed all terms of probation and all fees paid.

I was pulled over for an eligible tag as to exit my car showing the tag. I immediately cleaned it off saying I lived on a long dirt rd and had to clean it off regular. Never at any time Did anything about alcohol come up, he started to his car, I assumed to write the ticket, took two steps, stopped and said oh, have you been drinking tonight. I answered honestly and said I had had 3or 4 beers from about 9pm and midnight. It was now 1:40. He said oh you were kind of riding that left line which I say no don't you do that I ride the left line especially when it's foggy like tonight and I never crossed it, he said I didn't. Did FST eye gaze for less than a minute, 4 step turn and PBT which read nothing because of me causing that he said. Arrested DUI at barracks was read implied consent and didn't understand it asked for a call to my attorney to clarify it and denied it. Refused the test then at the last second agreed but he didn't hear me I guess and later a second trooper came in and said I don't think he explained it right I agreed to it but wasn't given it, the 1st trooper refused me to take it. Not given copy of implied consent form never signed it, no Miranda rights read etc...

I was recently pulled over by sheriffs from a different justification allegedly for tinted windows. They had me step put of my car and they searched me and found a plastic bag with a white substance. Then they asked if they could search my car and found one pound of crystal meth. I was arrested taken to a substation in their county then my house was raided where they found money now I'm on bail what should I do?

I was drinking an IBC root beer while getting a car wash. It was in a glass bottle. I realized at end of car drying part there were cameras. I'm concerned it might look like I was drinking and driving. If someone checks footage could they report me for drinking and driving? It was root beer, but I'm worried the IBC label would not show on footage and it would look like beer bottle.

A judge ordered as a condition of my bond that I must submit to random alcohol testing due to a boating while intoxicated charge. This is a first time offence. There seems to be a lot of controversy over the EtG test and am curious if this is the test they use.
