Legal advice on Credit card fraud

My father in law absolutely has some memory/competency issues we are in the process of addressing. He made a habit of giving one of his tenants and their friends his debit card to go get stuff for him. Money was stolen from him multiple times so we told him we will get all his stuff for him and hold onto his debit card from now on and he agreed. I never tried to peruse anything for the other money stolen because he did willingly hand over the card and pin even if he didn’t authorize them to clean out his bank account. I went out tonight to get something he asked for and his card was declined. I called to see what his balance was and it was $23. I had it play me the last 5 transactions and at some point yesterday when I had the card in my possession two withdraws for $200 each were done at an ATM. I am a bit stumped by this since I had the card. I realize in hindsight we should have gotten him a whole new card and pin but it didn’t occur to me an atm withdraw could happen without the card present or that someone may have the technology to make a fake card. Can my father in law press charges for this money being stolen? Or is he screwed since he gave this info out in the past?

A few years ago I had an issue where I was arrested and had to pay 17k to immigration. I had the money and asked my sister to drive down from California to get the money from my house and pay it off.( I’m supposed to be receiving all that 17k back next year). I offered my house for her to stay and she declined. She went to casinos, out to eat and stayed at the most expensive hotel. She’s trying to take 7k from the money for her “travel expenses “ can I sue for that money if she takes it?

I’ve been renting a home from a company named American homes for rent. I be been in the home for going on 2 yrs. I’ve requested several times for a copy of the document and they can’t seem to find it. From my understanding I should have received the document prior to move in. This company is very shady. I moved into a filthy home that I was advised would be cleaned prior to move in. When we arrived the home was so filthy like it had been sitting for months. The floor was dusty and I had the worse skin irritation that caused me to itch all over. Later to find the air ducts were so clogged the guys who cleaned it aid I needed to take of picture of it because they had never seen such filth. The floor was covered with thick dust. Every time I advised them of a problem they patch it up. The leasing manager at the time said she would get me a cleaning credit. Of course I never received. Her argument was always I can’t view all the homes and it was during COVID. The guy that was in charge of cleaning and revamping the home took pictures and submitted that the home was clean and ready for move in however the photos were not descriptive. I don’t have enough space to keep going.

I recently did a program with a company that offers a $1000 prize in a variety of gift cards or in a Paypal or Cash App transfer. They try very hard to avoid paying but I documented and screenshot everything. I have confirmation in writing from their customer service that I wanted to receive my reward as a Paypal transfer, however, they are now refusing and will only provide the reward as a visa gift card. There is nothing in their terms and conditions that should allow this. The program does cost some money to complete, but I still come out $800 ahead. I have very thorough documentation so I believe I have a case, but I'm not sure how much to sue for. They use a variety of deceptive practices (they are currently in litigation with the DOJ for their business practiced) to avoid paying the reward, and I have extensive documentation of that as well.

I applied I90 because my green card came with the wrong date of birth. However, I received a Letter saying that my I 90 was denied. How should I proceed?

My ex was an authorized user on several Credit Cards accounts and he promised to pay them off and has yet to do so and because I am the primary card owner they are I'm seeking payment from me. I have itemized statements and his credit report as well.
