He has an unregistered shot gun and intent to use it if he sees me because fkr whatever reason he figures ill be after not just him but now my own son?? Dcf has NO business in this case but did it anyways andcost grandpa his life, coerced once again on police body d out of his little last day, getting gussied up to see wife,& h daughter who ignored him for 39 yrs (sadly that was still soemthing that could not have meant mor to him, he grabbed my hand&gave me the most sincere thank you ever when I told him she was coming& a tear fell but will never be.he used his last strength to fight the emts yelling out no hospital&I wasnt even able to be THERE with him when he died bc of cops(?),how much legal is wrong here already?

(Example )if the prosecutor say lies to give the impression its one thing when its actually the other. example say the prosecutor said mr such and such was on an opiate and is a heroin addict, And because of the fact he was high it gave us probable cause to do this that and the other. But no this is not the case the truth was he was dr prescribed methadone and was not high and had proof of it with Dr prescription in hand they even drug tested him he only had methadone in his system . so the prosecutor committed perjury how do i get justice in a situation like this what is the remedy?

Me and my wife were awoken by another guest trying to jimmy open our window and door. We called the office and the night clerk and the noise stopped but he didn't call to update us. About 45 minutes later it happened again and we called again and he said he would make rounds and try to catch the person and again, it stopped and we received no update so we assumed the person was run off or caught. About 30 minutes later.... It started again and as my wife was on the phone with the office she was informed that he had just issued a key to a man with no ID. and at that same moment the door began to open. This was at 4:30 am and by this point we were wide awake and I happen to be standing by the door and slapped the security lock over preventing full entry but the guy threatened to kill me and kidnap my wife...etc etc. After the first attempt I videoed the whole event. The next morning I was told that because of the distance we had to leave the property. The guy was actually a guest at the same hotel and to my knowledge, hes still here. My wife asked if he was here and they said that they couldn't disclose that information.

My oldest brother was in a drug core home in Utah and he was always on time for meetings group discussions etc. He has had seizures and they knew about that. Even knowing that they still didn't check up on him for 4 days and let him sit there helplessly. His PO eventually found him deceased from "unknown" on his autopsy report. This happened in early November and we are now trying to get justice for my brother.

I bought a car from a dealership and paid part of the down-payment. I'm late on paying the other part of the down-payment but the dealership is no longer the lienholder. The finance company is. The finance company sent the car payment due date and the down-payment is not on it. Can the dealership repossess my car?

My name is Paul L, and on 03/18/2023 I was illegally stoped by the Apple store loss prevention personal who "physically threatened me, harassed me, illegally detained me of my liberty and freedom, put handcuffs on me, did illegal search and seizure and took my personal property that I purchased and fully paid for". Hello everyone i am extremely mad at my ex-employer and want too protest with a group of individuals and i want to stand outside of the workplace with a megaphone and fight for my civil rights i had while employed. Can I legally do this or will i end up in prison? I know i am protected under the first amendment! Or is it time to move on even though the train rollover way too fast?

The Federal Trial Courts provide a full plan that governs and walks the litigants through the civil process, do State Superior Courts do the same in State (non 1983 civil rights) violations, different systems of course, but do The State Courts also provide a plan to follow?

They towed my car when im licenced a everything was legal i had tags incursnce. But driver was not licence can they still tow my car

I was caught shoplifting at walmart and they took me into the office and called the police. they scanned my ID and got my ss number. they said to call the sheriffs office in about 7 days and to ask if i have a warrant and if not to call again within the next couple days until it’s there and when i do to go turn myself in for processing and then it’ll take like a couple hours or the day then they’ll let me go and give me a court date to appear. it was maybe $60-$70 dollars worth of stuff. i don’t know how to tell my mom and i might try to hide it unless i need to get a lawyer or attorney. i don’t have any previous charges or anything. i’m only 19 and still live with my parents so i just don’t know what to do.

There is customer that has been talking bad about me with other workers because of one wrong occasion between us a year ago!! He also tell the other workers he doesn’t want me to take his order or get his food ! I already got in trouble after he complained to my manager. A year ago! Found out he posted a bad review about me and the restaurant. How he will never eat here again! Yet he comes every day ! Was thinking of confronting him. But also want to post his picture at the restaurant on his review to show how he still comes every day even if he talked bad about me and the restaurant!

This was a 1 1/2 ago he actually assaulted me and tried to blame it on me then threatened to kill me if I said anything and from what I've heard he will but now he's is prison I think and I've been homeless ever since and on top of everything I was in the process of working to own that house until my boss\landlord went jail and sold it out from underneath me for bond money and fired me for no real reason just so he didn't have to face me afterwards I guess and that's a whole other story of harassment that I'd like to check also

So my fiancé and I had gotten arrested, while in jail my daughter was trying to keep an eye on my house best she could. Unfortunately though, my car ended getting stolen and my house was broke into. She called 911 to report it and when a deputy called her back they said that she couldn't make the report, but neither could I because I was in jail. That just doesn't seem right to me, is there anything I can do?

And I was detained and thoroughly searched and was not allowed to leave for over an hour and they found absolutely nothing and I was humiliated and the accusers (loss prevention) didn’t apologize but they did tell me I was not allowed back at that location after I was found completely innocent. I even made a purchase before the cops detained me and went through everything in my purse and had a female search my body like she was looking for a pot of gold! Do I have a good case?

I live in Louisiana; I knowing knew I was going with my friend dealers house to get drugs. On our way back we were pulled over and cops had cause to search because they remembered the car from earlier that morning. They found meth near me and a couple of bottles of prescription medicine in my friends pierce. We were then read our rights but was told we wasn’t getting arrested. They took us to the police station where we ended up both giving them information of the drug dealer. We were then finger printed and took a picture then was released with the car to go back home. The police keep telling us that because we told the truth, gave them the information on drug dealer, and cooperated we were not being charged. I need some help because I don’t believe that. I got arrested for DUI and the cuffs were extremely tight for over an hour. I have complete numbness on top of my right hand and it's been 24 hours.

I was stopped during a traffic stop and asked to exit my vehicle. No parole, no probation but the officer later stated he smelled weed which is why he searched. He also said due to the Pennsylvania vs Mimms law he is permitted to stop anyone and ask them to exit their vehicle for his safety. I never consented to a search and he only saw the container of weed because he leaned into my car after I asked him not to which lead to me being cuffed and he searched anyway. I also have a gun prior and he saw that as well. I've been shot twice in my life and I don't understand how a gun charge is a misdemeanor but I get charged with a felony for having a prior. Just wanna protect myself and family.

I was visiting someone at a motel and when I came out and hour or so later my car was gone..I called PD and they said it had been towed but they didn't have a reason on record for the tow and neither did the tow company ....they can't give me a reason for the tow..can I get my car back without paying the fees

There was protection order made in 4/2019 which is impossible I was in the hospital under going surgery that day. Well family justice center filed for a protection order in 7/2019 which we were aware.. but disposed in 8/2019 .. the court didn’t sign the protection order but was still filed with a 2?yr no context order now my husband is on prison on a 10 ur sentence.. I can this still happen

THEY JUST PLACE MY SON UNDER ARREST 75,000 BOND. HE IS DISABLED MENTALLY. HIS MIND IS NOT AT HIS AGE ITS 15 YEARS UNDER HIS AGE. HE NEED A MHMR ATTORNEY BEFORE THEY RAILROAD MY SON. HE DONT KNOW WHATS GOING RIGHT NOW. MHMR ATTORNEY IS NEEDED FOR HIM

I'm suing the police department in two officers for violating my civil rights I filed the suit I named the police department and both police officers but the lawyer says I have failed to summons the police department do I go back to the same court and pay to have the police department summons or do I have to do Amendment please help thank you

A week ago, 5 dogs crossed my gate and ate 5 of my sheep. My parents caught them and the dogs immediately ran away. We couldn’t find the owners but apparently my neighbor saw everything unravel and he knows who the owner is. Can something still be done? This happened in Fresno County territory.
