I was 4 months pregnant with twins when my spouse held me down by my hair in the car and stabbed me with a 6in blade in my back. He continued to beat on me for the entire ride home destroyed my phone and kept me locked in our home for 3 days until he needed me to steal gas cans and we fatefully ran into my sister at the store where she demanded he release me. After 13 days I went hospital where they drained my lungs of blood and treated me for severe anemia and dehydration. I refused a blood transfusion but they pushed the matter consistently. Is it considered attempted murder and if so is it attempt murder on me alone or on my twins also?

I have a video camera in my car and the passenger told Lyft that I sexually violated her with a weapon, Lyft the terminated me without any true investigation or even advising the rider for a police report to file charges. I've always had good reviews by other riders and what platinum driver. And I don't own any weapons and that includes a gun.

My local Sherriffs Dept watched both my neighbors damage my property, one was a felony offense. Officers told me if I do the same to them I will be arrested, yet they didn't & aren't going to arrest either neighbor! I took one neighbor to JP court who had jurisdiction and the judge dismissed my case for lack of jurisdiction! Local Constables Office & local Attorneys say the JP Court had jurisdiction & the County Court stated she didn't know why the JP Court did that! I have to start my case all over & start another case with my 2nd neighbor who has joined my first neighbor to continue to cause me damage, forcing me to sell & move. They've devalued my place & plan to continue so no one will want to buy it...except my first neighbor who needs it to reside next to his property that's deemed too small for him to reside on. He's land locked. I've been here 25yrs. He's been here 3yrs. I have no priors or complaints with the county until the new neighbor. My neighbors verbally harass me when I'm outside minding my own business. Authorities tell me to go inside! Why? I'm not causing the problem! Why do they not get warned or arrested? They only warn me! I need help.

Today I was walking across the street from school pick up and this person seen me sped up ran my foot over and then didn’t stop once he seen he hit me . I’ve made a police report and received medical attention but I don’t know where to go from here

I have a problematic neighbor that has been making my life hell. He most recently put up a 6 ft by24 ft fence that ordinarily I would welcome except I believe might be on my property. I'm not sure if a permit or survey is needed to put up a fence in Brunswick County but I am almost certain he didn't do either. How do I go about finding out if his fence is on my property without me having to pay for a survey? Also, are there nuisance neighbor laws and what are my rights? He lives in his mothers house next door to me. He has a fairly extensive record. I have had to take out a restraining order, he has pled guilty to stalking me, he is using his somewhat aggressive pit-bull as a weapon to terrorize me and my 6 year old by letting it run loose and run up on us when we come home, he gets drunk and fires guns that he's not even supposed to possess in his backyard less than 40 feet from my daughters bedroom. This has been going on since he moved in in August and I have had to leave my home because I don't feel safe. I am now paying a mortgage and utilities for a house I can't live in, and paying rent and utilities for another home as well as disrupting me and my daughters lives.

I purchased a used car from a female, we both signed the title, everything was filled out correctly and the vehicle was transferred to me. My plan was to register it toward the end of the month, I had purchased it and the date on the title was July 1st and my state gives a 30 day period to title the vehicle. On the 10th the seller went to the dmv without my knowledge and lied to the workers telling them the title was lost/stolen this information was confirmed by both the DMV office and Police. She got the new title in the mail on the 16th and came to my house with a police officer and another man. They lied and said I wouldn't give them the keys and they all left before I was even able to show them the title. Different police officer at the station proceeded to call the suspects and ask them to bring it back? Even though I informed him I had many items and cash in the vehicle. Everything was gone and it came back with the check engine light on hours later. They would not hand over the new title they got from the DMV and wihtout that I can't get it registered . Got advice to press charges which I did but the prosecutor declined to file charges due to lack of evidence.

For almost 3 months now, 24/7 I am under surveillance. Everywhere I go I am followed by other vehicles. I have gone to local law enforcement to find out if they can help with this and they do nothing. I have no current charges or pending and I'm going to guess it's some type of task force. I'm not a drug dealer I have no felonies and never been arrested for drugs

I am being shocked in my personal area and left shoulder. They are using Electronic Harassment. Psychotrophic torture24/7. I have lost housing, cars , and my reputation due to this crime

Caring for their property they dismantled and destroyed my property, they have caused flooding and other issues. They have caused severe financial loss, stress, distress, pains suffering, expenses and I am concerned about the safety of my family. Photos videos and other evidence. Please help me stop National Grid. Are you up for the challenge? Please help. Thank you.

In the police report provided for me they have incorrect race and scars and tattoos.
