Legal advice on Citizenship test

Need to replace my green card but i have a felony back in 2011 will i be able to apply for a replacement?

Came with my spouse, both of us were asked to confirm our names, date of births, SSN. After that officer asked questions from N-400 form and proceeded to civics test, which I passed. After that I signed two forms on the tablet and officer asked me to read oath of allegiance, verify my personal info and sign. He said he is recommending for approval and gave me a N-652 for where he marked that I passed English and U.S history test and A) Congratulations you applications has been recommended for approval. He told me to expect a letter in the mail in about 2 weeks. Since today I didn’t got any letters and my N-400 and I-751 has not been updated after interview, still stuck at “Interview was scheduled”. Is that normal and how long it can take for next step( Oath Ceremony scheduling)? Is it possible that my application still will be denied?

My mother is not a native english speaker who failed “understanding” part while she passed reading, writing and civics. She was told that she will get second interview. My mother did answered a few questions in the beginning regarding her application but then she said that the interviewer had a thick accent so she couldn’t understand the question. She asked him to repeat and he did but she couldn’t understand his accent. After that, he gave her the form which says that she will be interviewed again and was told by him to come back in 90 days. What can be done about this situation?

Hi I have my N400 interview November 1st and I'd like to get an attorney with me ..I filed for it by self and I know how to deal with by myself but it gives more confidence to have an attorney with me .. It will be at San Antonio office if there is an attorney interested to go with me message me here and let me know how much .. Thank you

Hi esteemed lawyers, Was hoping for some thoughts. My spouse went today for his N400 interview. The officer indicated to my spouse that he passed the test and his oath letter would follow. However, then the officer sent my spouse home with a paper saying you passed the English test portion checked, but also checked was USCIS will send you a written decision about your application and a decision cannot be made yet about your application. Should we be concerned? is this common?

Good morning I want to know why am I being called back to another interview and I ready pass the frist interview for my citizenship test

I went for an n-400 interview with my wife (never received invite for I-751 interview so presumed all would be done in one shot). After a few hours wait and without seeing an officer initially I was first told that “since we/USCIS need some approval from DC” and it’s already late there I kay need to come again. After a little while they said no, actually it’s ok we can interview you. Then we had both interviews and I passed the civic test. At the end though instead of getting an immediate approval on both with a date for the oath ceremony, the officer handed a page that says naturalization interview results with check makes under -“you passed the English test” and also under -“USCIS will send you a written decision about your application” and “a decision cannot be made yet about your application.” My attorney recalls the interviewer saying “congratulations you’re approved but we have to first process the i751 so we can approve today.” I only recall the “you have to wait” part. What should I make sense of the above?
