Legal advice on Child custody in Florida

My son‘s father is a strict Israeli. I was trying to get divorced from him for two years. Every time the paperwork was finished or near finished she would change one of the terms which in turn would change everything. It was too much anxiety for me to keep going another year or another year with Out being divorced. So in a panic I gave him most of the custody and he wants child support the judge ordered child support but it’s not the right amount and I can’t afford it what can I do? I also want my son he keeps making decisions about his school and his medical and everything I’m threatening to put me in jail

I filed a supplemental motion for modification. After filing it I found out that my ex has an almost 5 year old DUI case in which she was admitted to a treatment facility by her own request to the courts to get treatment. She successfully completed it. But can I bring this up in the trial for modification or is this something I needed to include in the motion in order for it to be used at trial?

We are living with my mother and his three children that she gave him temporary custody of but the landlord came here and said that the children cannot stay they’re not on the lease and they have to leave. There’s too many people in the house. We told her the situation and she said the only way she will take the kids if he signs over his rights and a notarized letter but that’s not what he wants to do but he hast to find a place for the children to go.

Father who has not seen daughter in almost 3 yrs is mad Ive been working in FL and has filed several motions to bring us back to TN and take custody.

There has been very violent incidents that my daughter has witness and scared to go back to the girlfriend house. The girlfriend pulled a knife on the father in front of my daughter. She is a correctional officer and also has a gun in the house. He moved out because of the violence but they have made up and now he wants to move back. My daughter let us both know she doesn't feel safe at the girlfriend house after the incident. What options do I have to protect my child?

Hello good morning I write to inquire on some questions I have , I am the custodial parent my kids dad moved to Indiana from Florida 7 years ago he has barely seen the kids since leaving he barely communicates with them and he only sees them every blue moon last time was over a year ago … he doesn’t travel often to Florida . He pays child support because it’s court ordered but that’s as far as his involvement goes . I have explained to him that since I just got laid off after years of working for a company as a supervisor , I am looking to spend more time with the kids teach them more and travel and would like to live in a Skoolie , he shut down the idea and said he doesn’t think that’s what’s best for the kids . Not asking if that’s what the kids wanted or if I know what curriculum I will be teaching or how I will do it or if he will get to see them more …. He just said no . Can I fight this in court does he have a right if he isn’t involved in their lives ?

Please help me I have an ex that is detrimental to my child's health. She is a brittle newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic. Her mom could care a less about this and still continues to allow her to eat and drink whatever she wants. She's already ended up in the ICU under her mother's care. What do I do?

The other parent who has TEMPORARY primary custody (I have custody as well. Not primary) has moved my kids in the same state but far enough to change school (will move them at the end of the year to a different school) without so much as mentioning either change to me.
