Legal advice on Case dismissed

I was no billed by a Dallas, Texas grand jury, they ordered all records eliminated. Dallas County followed the order, the Irving Police Department did not and has reported my arrest at very inquiry. They have done this in bad faith. Can I sue them?

Could a plaintiff attempt to use a technical dismissal, not filing a paper in a timely manner to get out of a civil case? They filed a civil case to intimidate, for personal enrichment never thinking it would go this far. They now have a pretty good idea the evidence in their own words, & in videos, is strong and refutes their entire case. SO Wondering if they intentionally did not file a paper in a timely manner with the hope I ask the court for a dismissal and this way they escape their dilemma. A big law firm doesn’t just forget to file a paper with the court. If they get the case dismissed this way they avoid a counter claim that has potential for serious punitive damages Perhaps also if they get case dismissed this way they avoid a future lawsuit for malicious prosecution and or abuse of process, because it was dismissed on a technicality (?) Does this sound crazy? What are the pros - cons, consequences and/or repercussions for having a case dismissed in this way.

A conditional settlement took place. However the settlement didn't meet the deadline. The court instructed me that I can file for dismissal. However before dismissal I want to ask for full compensation of the claim. What motion do I file?

I hired attorney to petition breach of trust, but due to money substituted out. I wasn't able to get myself to a few court hearings and when I did show up they filed a osc dismissal. I have a debt with discover for about $10,000. Never served. Took me to court and a garnishment against the bank and job was sent out. Filed an exemption but never received a hearing. Looking at the court document only the bank was dismissed as a garnishee. Then the court closed the case. What happens next? I know I’ll have to pay discover, will it be taken from my pay? I currently have a felony charge (domestic violence charge with impeding breath). Its been over 90 days and still have not been indicted and DA is currently reviewing to see if the case could be dismissed. Once the case is dismissed do I have to wait passed the statute of limitations for the arrest to be expunged even though I am completely innocent? If I do, then how long would I have to wait to get the record seal opposed to having it expunged? Just seems very unfair if I have to wait passed statue when I am innocent, and the arrest could hinder me from getting a job. Also if dismissed with prejudice would that further effect how soon i can have arrest expunged or the record sealed?

The opposite party intentionally did not e-file the EFS-020 and proposed-order in 2022. This was for an order of Judgment of Dismissal. In 2023, they made false allegations in later submissions that the Court did not sign the Order. The Court told them in 2023, that they did not file e-File EFS-020 & proposed-order. The Court asked them to re-file in 2023. They e-filed the EFS in 2023, but with perjured dates of 2022 to depict e-filing in 2022. Are these grounds sufficient for a Motion for a new trial?

Found out spouse tried to deceive the court by willfully concealing material facts on her Fl 150 and I will like the judge to dismiss her order
