Legal advice on Camera tickets

I was on the freeway using maps app and a highway patrol came side by side then pulled me over.

I was photo speeding 61 in a 50 zone on 6/7/21. A citation was not sent until 7/26/21. Is this past the time limit the city has to issue the ticket ? What do I do to have it dismissed ?

I was on my motorcycle with my buddy on his bike, he wanted to race a car next to us.. he and the car next to him took off, I kinda tried to stay with them for a bit but then fell back. then a 1/2 mile up the road we came up on a cop, he pulled my buddy and I over and gave us tickets at 75(he clocked us at 91). I know I wasn't going 91 and I doubt I was going 75, so I decided to fight it and now I’m try to get as many tips as possible, because I can’t afford an attorney.

I’m relocating from Nevada back to Colorado. I’m currently between cities. I currently have a vehicle with out of state license plates (Nevada) that was captured by a traffic vehicle camera. They have an automatic photo vehicle monitoring the traffic speed limit (Camera) I was following the traffic flow since the camera was located three (3) lanes to the right In the side walk. I did not notice that it was a School posted area at that time. Normal speed limit in that area, I believe it’s around 40/35 speed limit. Apparently It was flashing at that time 3:45pm? I was driving about 37 miles per hr with the traffic flow.

On 11/16/2020 I was traveling south bound at 10;3O Am on a monday speed limit is posted 45 and in school zone which would be 35 and I was doing 47 miles. The picture is so dark you can barely see it. So now there was a server today at my door that served the three people that were singing karaoke and had no clue what was even going on. I was no where in sight but she still served papers? What will happen if I dont respond to this ticket?

I got pulled over for speeding on I-94 on the way back to IL from Milwaukee in Racine County, this was back in June/July last year. They kept postponing and now i finally got a zoom court date in February. I was NOT speeding, didn't want to argue with the officer. What are chances of getting this dismissed? What proof would i need to provide, I had my kids in the car and the officer put wrong info on the ticket saying there was no one in the car.

The issue is is that the ticket is being issued to a person whose car is registered in CA, meaning they could get a point on their driving record (and higher insurance rates) if they pay the ticket and assume the liability. The location is New Orleans, where they ticket people using the camera systems which just take a picture of license plates, not photos of the person driving. If an affidavit, swearing a person wasn't driving, is mailed in to contest the ticket, will that work? Also, if the person does so, do they have to name the person who was driving?

I live in Vancouver, Wa and got a photo radar ticket from a White Van sitting on McLoughlin Blvd in Portland. (Hwy99) I moved in July and changed my address with Washington DMV then. The ticket was mailed to my old address even though Wa DMV shows my new one on my car and license. Is this a reason for dismissal? Also does this kind of ticket transfer to my Washington Driving record?

Can't find a web site since PV does not "participate" in "Public Access to Court Information" Case Search web site. Once I avoid process server for 90 days after mailing date of the citation, I would like to verify that case was dismissed. I've heard of some dishonest process servers falsely claiming that they did serve someone & then their driver's license is suspended & the victim does not know.

A person I know received a ticket via non-certified mail. They were not served by police officer. There was an Oregon Uniform citation and complaint with a court date. Here is the person I knows concern: Should they: 1) ignore it because there is not proof the the letter was received (i.e. lost, discarded with out opening it, etc). 2) send in a proof of innocence saying it was not them. They heard that they will be dismissed if they do that. 3) Opt to sign up for traffic school The person I know does not want to pay for something that is not legally binding. They are concerned that the Vision Zero program is designed to have people presume that they are legally bound to pay the money and collect revenue based on that presumption. This person has previously returned a certificate of innocence with a DL photo on a difference and did not hear from the court again. They had heard that if you simply send it back in this manner, the ticket is most times dismissed. I know another person that did it 3 times with the same result. The person wants to know if this is a safe call or has there been any recent modifications to the law to prevent these actions.
