Legal advice on Business in West Virginia

I do business with a concern who told me that I owed them a certain amount. I paid them. Now they say that I owe them double that amount and will sell my belongings if I don't pay them

I want to start a business called Spend Less Earn More, LLC. It would be an educational company and website where I would explain the benefits of minimalism and how you can help the less fortunate. I want to encourage people by talking about personal finance and entrepreneurship in the context of earning more money so they can give to charity. I would do this through a book by the same name and the website spendlessgivemore.com, which is available for registration. Will I be in legal hot water if I do this? Thank you for your advice!

I own multiple livestock guardian dogs - all who are registered, shown, championed, vaccinated and well cared for. Animal control came to the door knocking requesting to see “kennel license” Under WV law and the county I reside kennel licenses are for those people who breed dogs solely for profit “commercial venture” and does not apply to dogs for exhibition or livestock guardians Under USDA federal law the same applies and any puppy sold not kept my me for future show or to carry on a bloodline is sold to face to face to future show/breeding/or sporting competition homes. We have had puppies go to professional dog trainers and win championships in agility. My fear is once animal control comes knocking they become relentless in their actions. I want to be sure I’m doing everything by the book .

Im an F-1 student. Graduating in december 2022 in business administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Being an f-1, can i start my own business on OPT? I read several articles that say that one can start a business as long as its related to the field of study. However, i do not see anything specifically mentioned in the USCIS portal. Please help.

I would then monetize them using both current distribution websites along with an emerging technology (details withheld to protect idea). I have a licensing agreement that lays out exactly what videos would be used for, that the seller has the right to sell, and they are over 18 years of age. Additionally, I plan to have an NDA to protect identities of the creator and myself.

I received a certified letter on 11/19/21 from law firm stating our buildings are on neighbors property they want them moved immediately or civil action will be taken. I have a map of property lines and deed proving my buildings are not on their property. This man has harassed and slandered our name. How should I respond?
