Former partner signed lease with their parent as co-signer due to credit. Does that give parent interest in LLC?

I have had so many issues with the SBA not approving my EIDL grants & loans due to my taxes not being done. Yet that was not my fault that the IRS was back logged. I cannot stress how much it has hurt my business. Ive contacted them so many times & they keeping telling me a "case manager" will contact me, yet no one has contacted me at all & its been 8 months. They don't answer my emails either. I send one about once a month. I feel so helpless. I was forced to put things on my personal credit cards, which the interest is so high. I feel like Im not paying anything down & my credit score has dropped. I now have my taxes finally processed after it took the IRS 8 months, but now I cannot get approved for any business loans because my credit score is so loan since my cards are just maxed out. I have been in business for 9 years & have been very successful making hundreds of dollars in revenue each each. And I literally am at a point where I could lose everything when this all could have been avoided had I actually had help!

With the sale of bakery ,I gave the new owner 3 thousands UPC numbers, for his use. I still have 97 thousands UPC numbers. I bought them in 1997. Hello! My wife and I have started a small web development company. The work will be done remotely from home. Currently we reside in WI but will move abroad next year. A friend advised me to create the LLC in DE. I signed up for a virtual mailbox and did so. After researching, I have some doubts. 1. Do I need to register as a foreign LLC in WI? 2. Would it be smarter to close the De LLC and open in WI? This would eliminate the virtual mailbox/registered agent expense, though I will likely need this anyway next year when moving to abroad? 3. Do I need a business license in Wisconsin or in Delaware since all business will be done online with no physical store? 4. In any case which states would I have to pay sales tax to? 3 friends opened a partner ship LLC for house construction. For some reason it didn't work out. we want to dissolve the LLC. But one of the partner want to become a single owner in the same LLC and convert it to financial firm instead of Construction. Is it possible?

I was asked by a business associate to form a new entity with him. We put together a LOI agreement and I invested 20000 to get the business up and running. After we got the first orders which I set up most of the business this partner refused to follow the LOI agreement and would not sign the documents and new bank account and told me I was not worthy of his business and threw me out of the building. I tried to get him to follow the LOI and to sign the Operating agreement but he would not. I know I was very stupid to move forward with out these documents but we had contracts worth more than my investment and I trusted this guy. He refuses to return my money. I believe he had done this before and planned to take my money with the intention of stealing it from me. What can I do! Please don't tell me to walk away like other attorneys have told me to I am young and its hard work to save that much money these days.

I've been in and out of conversations with Ubisoft support and they keep denying me. I cannot prove I own the account I'm trying to access, but I can prove the profiles linked to it. I have even asked them to unlink my account from their service so I can link it to a new account to that I do have access. They however will not unless I can prove I own the account it's linked to. Effectively forcing me to make a whole new profile and another account. I cannot afford to do that and I've already spent hundreds of dollars and hours playing Ubisoft games in the past 3 (plus) years. The only reason I cannot access the account is that the email it's associated with had gotten deleted over 3 years ago. I cannot recover it with the google account recovery system. Ubisoft support has closed 3 support live chats with me and 1 support case. I don't know what to do.

Hello can I pay timeshare holders a percentage relative to the businesses total revenue? They would be paid in property and have 24/7 access to the businesses goods and services. It's not an investment as they don't have ownership over the real-estate more so a subscription model that pays in property over time. So it may be closer to a business investment but their timeshare is what differentiates it as it's a product sold by the business that so happens to generate revenue as well. Thanks
