Me and my husband are males . We found investors to start a new company. We got married and I didn't have a green card back then , so they gave my husband 5% of the company's shares and 10% if the company profitable in the next 2 years. Now my husband want to make sure that they won't change their mind if something happens to him because he has health issues. He want to leave that for me if something happens to him. What should we do now?

I started a business in 2006. Bought used trucks to haul junk. The price of recycling was doing good till the media generated Covid scare started. Then prices of things went up. Fuel hurt us the worse. Insurance next, property taxes and food and so on next. The harm was so bad it was just me and my wife working. Then after the Covid scare, and Biden got in then everything went up even more. We cant even afford an attorney for the bad faith frivolous law suits family put against us for caring for mom as she was high maintenance due to her old age and high fall risk for 4 1/2 years. When mom died the adopted sister married to a Judge making secret calls to other judges screwed us even worse. So how can I get a federal grant to help with the business. The trucks need work, we need to hire help. I heard that Trump got huge Grants for his casino and the government grants its self funds to prosecute the public and businesses. Then CPS gets 9 Billion in grant money per year like the Military gets I dont know how much. I should be able to get a grant to at least help with truck repair as the costs are huge as well as hiring help. If you think some of this is impossible, nothing is.

I purchased a convenience store back in September 2021. The seller at the time gave me copies of his income tax returns that he had done for the years 2018-2020. There is a huge difference in sales from what is being reported. Also, I have asked the seller if he has ever been robbed and he has told me that he has only been robbed once but come to find out he has been robbed multiple times and even had break ins. The cost of transferring money from products sold in the US market to a bank account in Canada and converting them back into US dollars to buy goods from China is very high. For this reason, it requires having a bank account in the United States. For this, it seems necessary to register the company in America. My question is, will we be subject to paying taxes in the US by registering this company in the US and opening a bank account with cash flow? Currently, our company pays taxes in Canada. If yes, is there a way we don't have to pay taxes in both countries? Also, since the company has not yet been registered, to avoid this problem, which state do you recommend registering the company? Assuming that I have a rental property which I completely paid off. The rental property is on an LLC. If my tenant sue me and seek loss can he/she go after the property itself? If yes, is there any way you can avoid this?

All I did was to create the account and submitted the documents they required. Next day I woke up to message from them saying I was permanently suspended. I emailed them. They said their decision was final and I wasn't able to dispute it.
