is there any way to get refunded all the money I spent on PlayStation and all the games that I have on Playstation being wrongfully permanently banned? An I have proof of playstation violated there own TOS on top of that cheating in games that are allowed on their apps. Including online gamer tags that violated me an TOS. PLEASE HELP!

We took out an Equity line of credit. The LOC expired the bank then rolled it into lien in which we pay a monthly payment. No signing of documents (by us), no court proceedings , no official letters. we are looking to transfer ownership into our C corp.

Hypothetical situation: I am a resident of Vermont and as a result of advertising I saw on television, I submitted an application via the internet with "Easy Peasy" (not a real name) a credit card debt consolidation company in Kingville, CA. They granted me a $5,000 revolving line of credit with a 17% interest rate. Over two years, I paid them $1,300 in interest on the loan. My credit card debts did not go down substantially, so I terminated the relationship. If it is unlawful to engage in the business of loan solicitation in Vermont without a loan solicitation license issued by the Department, and if EasyPeasy is in violation of 8 V.S.A. § 2201(a), then do I have any recourse? Can I get the $1300 refunded in the form of disgorgement, fees, consideration and compensation that was earned illegally? Thanks! I really appreciate your OPINION. We sold our restaurant/ bar and hold the mortgage. When paperwork was signed they barred us for life. Now they just bought a local store and was wondering if we went there to shop can they refuse to let us in to shop? thanks

I created an LLC. The operating agreement has all the duties and obligations of the manager. The articles of incorporation also states that it will be a manager managed LLC. I am not clear about the documentation I need for my manager to be recognized by other organizations (banks, brokers, lawyers ets) as a legitimate representative of the LLC.

I paid the consultant in good faith, for help setting up my business. I later learned he has no more knowledge of the industry than I, and he claimed the hours he spent researching (things I already knew) counted as work. He did not deliver any consulting in the end, yet kept the $5000 and said there’s no refunds, and that if I needed his services in the future the money can be used for that. Can I get my money back in court?

I registered as an L3C because it seemed to fit my vision the most closely, but people are telling me now that just a regular LLC would have been better. Does it make any difference? I am the owner of a local dance studio and just found out that the city is opening a dance studio through their recreation program. It is being run as my studio runs as the person in charge of it is a former student of mine. They are able to offer incredibly good prices for classes as tax payer money funds the recreation department. This could potentially hurt my business. I feel the city should be promoting local businesses instead of competing with them.
