I am holy against credit cards , especially to unsuspecting consumers, who don’t understand what they’re getting themselves into I myself have fallen pray to these what I consider unscrupulous and hard to understand practices of the high interest rates of said, cards some customers innocently don’t understand at first how high those interests and penalties are. I do not want to offer this for that reason but I am forced to do so with the fear of losing my job. Is this legal

Is it illegal to create multiple accounts for a signup bonus or for referrals? For example Uber gives you $10 for every person you refer. If I refer myself multiple times/get the sign up rewards can they do anything other than terminate their services?

I financed a vehicle with GM financial in 2019. I’m still paying for the car. I used my mother as a co-signer. Maybe a 2 years after my sister leased a car with the same financial institution GM financial. For her contract my mother is also the co-signer. We live in 2 different states, different addresses, and different contracts but my sister can see all of my information on her GM app. Payoff amount, payment history, amount financed, everything. Is this legal?

We owned a heating and air company and were not able to keep the business afloat with equipment delays and unavailability on top of difficulties finding qualified employees. We had no other option but to close. We inquired with another hvac company in the area if we could refer our customers to them, which they agreed was OK, we did not legally join/merge with them, we just handed them leads basically. One of the suppliers that we are delinquent with is now contacting that company, and putting their account on hold, and notifying them of the amount we owe and that they will be taking legal action, on them and us, if not paid. As if the situation is not embarrassing enough, that we could not stay afloat, and we are working on a plan to pay them, but can they legally advise other companies, competitors at that, about our financial business with them? I feel they've overstepped and should not be able to discuss our financial matters with them.

I agreed to a short video for Instagram now I’m on the side of the building about 30 feet high. I wasn’t asked about it at all. I just came to work and people were making jokes. LLC A and LLC B are member-owned small businesses, providing identical services (artists and artisans selling their creations.) Both live in the same gated community and are equal members of the developer owned HOA (community still in development). The ability of such member vendors to sell in the community is not addressed in the community CCRs or bylaws. The developer, through its on-site HOA and community club, provide services for LLC A, such as free workspace, free advertising, website presence on community website, and sponsorship and support of show/sales events. The developer also allows the registered agent of LLC sole discretion as to who may be part of LLC A, and only LLC A members are allowed in the community artist group. LLC B has been denied entry into LLC A without cause (art has not been reviewed, and there are no written guidelines for membership in either LLC A or the community artist group other than to live in the community. LLC B has been provided none of the services that LLC A has by the developer and has been denied the opportunity to show/sell and community artist events. Requests for membership criteria, etc. have been ignored or not answered.

To be honest I got a title loan on my car a 2013 nissan rogue which I payed $8000 cash for and I got a $2000 loan to help my family with emergency bills I have over $800 stuff in my vehicle they not trying to let me get like for 1 they took my ride when I was 2hrs away from home because of my job and now I'm jobless I was working to pay off my bill like I neva inlife been late on a bill til now because I was helping out my family and the lady at title max been getting smart with me for no reasons every since I got that loan she was basically clowning me when she gave me the money

9 months ago I purchased a home. Later found out through the tax assessors office that, according to my deed, I’d purchased more property than what was in the sales contract. Per the clerk, the property was legally transferred and recorded as mine and I’ve since developed a pretty thorough residential business plan for the property (no groundbreaking yet). However, now that I’ve made parties aware of the transaction, they’re basically telling me that I have to give it back to the seller by coming in and signing a new deed.
