Legal advice on Business in Pennsylvania

Hired a broker to help sell my business in 2020. 8 months ago we agreed to go our own ways. Broker continued to keep the listing of my business up despite that. I confirmed with the broker that theres no contract between us. I went ahead and advertised my business on my own. Potential buyer saw both listings. Contacted former brokers listing to reach out as it was listed at a lower price. Then after finding out we no longer have binding contract started talks with me. Broker now demands to be paid. Constantly harassing me with text messages. Is this legal? Do I owe the broker if this buyer ends up buying my business?

I have been restricted NUMEROUS times over graphics that simply contain pictures of cosmetic products. Facebook presently placed a 30 day restriction on my account saying it contains sexual content and nudity. It does not contain either and I’ve attempted to (under their recommendation) contact them (literally 50+) times over the countless restrictions but they never respond and the restrictions are never lifted. To accuse someone of posting something of that nature is wrong and very defamatory. What can I legally do to get them to stop doing this?

Hair salon, LLC, 2 members with 50:50 partnership with dispute. Neither Member A nor Member B wants to leave partnership. Member A suggested member B that they will draw a ballot. Any member who picks the "sell" ballot will be bought out by the other and vice versa. If Member B doesn't agree on the ballot to force one out then Member A will put the salon for sale in public. Does Member A have the right to do that to force Member B to sell the business ? Thanks.

What happens when someone buys a bottle of perfume from Sephora and you get it home and it’s a different bottle of perfume in the box and it’s broken. So you take it back to Sephora but you don’t tell them the truth that you bought it that way and you say it was broken. and then you get a full refund but they start to open the box when you leave the store so you panic and leave. It was $137 bottle of perfume that was bought and a different bottle was in its place what can happen?

I do not want any assets or money. I have basically just given it to him. When we started we had an attorney draw a partnership agreement. It is only a small business that has not made much money. We made about $11, 000 to 15,000 a year total.

I sold at a seasonal consignment sale in September 2022. The agreement that I signed says "Cosignor agrees not to set up business as a direct competitor within a twenty-five mile radius for three years." I have been given the opportunity to buy an existing seasonal Consignment Sale that occurs in a different county (uncertain yet if transferring ownership of the whole LLC or just buying the assets and forming new LLC) The purchase wouldn't happen until the end of 2023, with the first actual sale being in May 2024. The physical location where the other sale happens is exactly 25 miles from the physical location of original sale. The registered office for original sale is not the same as the physical location. And when I own the new LLC, the registered office will be my home address, which is less than the 25 mile radius from both the registered office and physical location of the original Sale. Both sales are held twice a year (Spring and Fall). Both are held on different weekends. And held in different counties.

Trying to determine if the & sign should be used in a LLC business name. Also if the word AND is used can the ampersand still be used on business cards, website, etc. without having to do DBA?
