Legal advice on Business in Oregon

I am a writer planning to publish my first novel under a pseudonym. However, I would like to keep my writing work separate from my other professional endeavors, and to keep my real name and home address out of public record. I plan to trademark the name, but I know that doing so without trademarking it to an LLC will make my contact information easily searchable. Is forming an LLC through a registered agent sufficient to withhold my name and contact information from the general public, or would I need to establish an anonymous LLC for those protections? Would a DBA also be necessary? If so, is that also filed by the LLC?

Because of the situation involved my wife thinking I’m overreact about the employees stealing money. This also the reason caused my family separation and my kids emotionally affected and their behaviors changed. Because my business is a nail salon so is commission paid so if the technicians records down what they did and that will go to my account book and I’ll pay them. After one year in a 50/50 partnership, Partner 1 changed the 50/50 partnership to 51/49 with Secretary of State without Partner 2 knowledge and sent a letter removing partner 2 from partnership and forbidding partner 2 from entering the property.

We have no signed operating agreement.

They are refusing to pay a placement invoice for $45,000.

I recently had an encounter with a company that has it set up that the only way you can apply for one of their apartments is to fill out the online application and send them a $250 deposit (I spoke with someone that instructed me to do so). Once i did, immediately the next day I got an email saying my application was declined due to my background, but it would be several weeks before I got my money back. i corresponded with their accounting department twice in the month and a half it took for them for mail me a check which, of course, the bank charged 8 dollars to cash. In my opinion this is a ponzi scheme through and through, and i was just wondering if there was anything i could do to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

My understanding of a power of attorney means that the person executing power of attorney is the attorney in fact. Can a person that is executing a power of attorney have privilege conversations or meetings with a current inmate?

My realtor volunteered to mark my property lines so that I could verify that there was room to build a garage/shop building. It turned out the marking was incorrect. It is going to cost me over $`160,000.00 to build a new smaller building than I need, and tear down the existing building. The amount awarded is less than $40,000.00. My ex and I started a mobile bar company and she recently blindsided me with a breakup just day before our launch. I never expected this to happen (lesson learned) so we never had anything in writing. She is 51% owner and I am 49% as we were intending on it being a majority owned woman business for loans/grants. We converted a horse trailer into a mobile over the last 6 months, and I’ve put many hours of sweat equity with the build out of the trailer. The business credit card in which we purchased most of the materials, and other business related expenses is in her name, and she has since removed me from that. We also received a small business loan of 10k that was in her name, but had a lien on my vehicle for the loan. She has since removed the lien without informing me about it, in which I believe is an attempt to rid my name off as much of the business as possible. I believe she is trying to push me out. On the LLC we are both registered as managers, and she is listed as the registered agent. We purchased the trailer with cash that we split, with a bill of sale (no title) that she has possession of.
