Legal advice on Business in Oklahoma

Bought a truck, seller couldn't find title after payment, he never transferred it when he bought it, i have a picture of said title from original owner, but has a lien....original owner never sent in lien release....please help

I received a call yesterday from Southwest Mediation Services in NV in which the very kind woman stated that American Marketing Service was coming after me in the amount of $2680 for breach of contract for a magazine subscription I had in 2006. She stated I could settle for $798 and they would never contact me again. After some thinking and realizing that I’ve never had collection calls, letter, or a hit to my credit I decided it was a scam. But I fell for it because she was so nice. A few hours later disputed the charge with my bank and had that card closed and placed a flag on my accounts with LifeLock. Where do I stand now and what do I do when they inevitably call back?

I bought my vehicle from a dealership that is no longer in business. The loan bank has reached out that my contract states another banking institution, that I had previously tried to gain a loan but was denied, the dealership that took over only has the information that I had purchased the car but nothing else. Dealership is looking into more information as of now. Loaner bank has sent a power of attorney and request I sign so they can transfer my title back to me as I have been making payments to them for vehicle. Checked today and title is currently still in my name. What can happen if I do sign?

My dad passed away and mom signed over the business to me and my wife. We couldn’t keep up with it on our own so we shut the doors and are going to sell it. We have a couple accounts we still owe and I guess mom and dad were behind on taxes too. It’s a small corporation family owned. Mom did a quick sale I believe when she signed it over to me.

A person/friend put my name on their 501c3 with out my permission! How do I remove it?

I have been banned from using my messenger due something I said In my chats to a family member, Because it had violated their community standards. Except there is no community to violate because theses were private messages to a family member, Or what I thought was private. It's very unsettling that I can't even express anything in what's to be a encrypted chat to chat that that only the sender and recipient should be reading unless court order for the chats to be made public or be read by others... I can not even curse in my chats without being banned from messaging relatives and friends. As this has never been a problem before and nobody else is having this problem. It makes me feel violated and unsafe. Like they're purposely watching me.

I'm in the beginning stages of a tech start up. I've created a Delaware C-Corp that I'd like to use as a holding company. I live in Oklahoma. Do I need to register the C-Corp as a foreign entity since I live and work in Oklahoma? Or can I use the C-Corp to create an LLC that is the operating company? The business is completely online if that factors in. PS - I'm saving up to consult with a lawyer and CPA, but this is my first stop. Thanks

I just sold $600 this year. I gradge saler I sell stuff that shippable and still good that I bought for personal use but may not have a use for any more. I sell a microwave plate $24.00 shipping and .99 cents for the plate after burn up a microwave wave the plate still offen good. I been doing this for 15 years. All recomp, but pays more than trash can. Can claim gas can claim the original cost and can estimate or would I need sales receipts. If follow the rules for gains lost since pay like $50.00 for a microwave wave use five years and sell plate for .99 cents that will be a $50 lost shipping just breakers even. If sold a $2900.00 computer for $100.00 ten years latter can claim the $2800.00 lost. Since the government seem to force me into a business selling off person use items. Does any know what can be deducted when sell vintage person use items on ebay.

She had no money in the bank. She had no income at all, no child support, no annuities. Nothing. She blew through70K as fast as I got paid. I knew how much my weekly checks should be. The first time she said we couldn't do something or get something because we didn't have money for it, I asked to see a bank printout you would have thought I had asked to make out with her sister. Lions Club has building but City of Mustang will not allow them to use the building only for the club to meet. City of Mustang would not grandfather the Club in although it has been there for 57 years and noone seems to know how this fell through the cracks. City of Mustang told the Club they could have four fund raisers a year but then told the Club no when a permit was applied for. Also there is a public park at the Lion Clubs building and the city says it can not be used. The Lions Club needs to have fund raisers for eyeglasses for the community. If a church is there can anyone stop the church?
